if you want service I suggest you find another location. they are not customer service friendly and the staff stay in their phone and ignore the customers. I have photos to prove it! so ridiculous!

Drive up ordering is simple. I love the payment options vs cash. Order screen is very clear to avoid any mistakes. Food delivered to my car in timely manner. I love creating new drink flavors at each visit

    Chicken 3pc Crispy Tenders

This is my first time order at this location and it's just trifling to send food out the way y'all did. I ordered 2 kids meals and the tenders came out dark soaked in old axx grease. The burger smells old and the buns is damp as if it was already fixed or something just straight up disgusting. I was rushing on lunch so I didn't check now I have to drive all the way back to return this trash and they're lunch will be over with.

He chose the espresso cookies n cream ice cream on a waffle cone, and I went with the classic cookies n cream on a waffle cone. Both were creamy, flavorful, and honestly hit the spot perfectly. We also grabbed a bag of their fruit slice candies in a mix of flavors, and they were so soft, fresh, and perfectly coated in sugar. Each piece had a bold, juicy flavor that made it hard to stop snacking. We couldn't believe we only spent $15 for such a cute and satisfying treat. After ordering, we took our cones and candy and enjoyed a peaceful walk around the square, just talking and enjoying each other's company. It felt simple, romantic, and refreshing all at the same time. We're definitely coming back again and next time, we're bringing the babies so they can experience the magic too.

Checkout was easy and $16 for 4 ice creams was a very reasonable price IMO.

Some restaurants change over time, but Sliders Inn has remained consistent in the best ways: great atmosphere, friendly service, and food that is always fresh and satisfying. The sliders are simply the best in the state of Tennessee--and in our nation--perfectly prepared, flavorful, and served with that casual Memphis charm that makes the experience feel welcoming every time. Whether you're stopping by for a quick bite or meeting friends and family, it's the kind of place that makes you want to linger and enjoy the moment. What truly stands out beyond the amazing food and the Jameson Slushie is the atmosphere and the outstanding service from the general manager and her team. Their leadership and hospitality create the kind of experience that keeps people coming back. For us, it's more than just a restaurant, it's a Memphis tradition and a place that always feels like coming home.

The thing I notice is that they are very inclusive. They have several nights including karaoke, comedy, drag shows, and various event nights throughout the week. The owner is super sweet and inviting. She made sure to go around and speak to everyone that was there. During my visit, I did order food. I had the chess club sandwich. It is served on white bread and is filled with salami, bacon, gouda, lettuce pickle and onions. It was ok. It took forever for it to come out. People who had arrived way after us received their food quicker than we did. I had to go to the bar several times to ask about our food. I found out that the bartender was also the cook, so that semi explains the delay. I had a salad along with my sandwich. It was ok. I couldn't eat it all because the dressing was not good. I do want to state that it is a cool place to dive into if you are looking for something to do throughout the week. I not sure if the food is meant to be the central focus, but they so have vegan options in addition to a full craft and alcoholic beverage menu.

We have visit the restaurant for several occasion and never had an experience like this before this was embarrass and disgraceful. The server was great and the food was great. The produce is consistently high quality, and the overall shopping experience feels curated and elevated compared to most grocery options in the area. The luxe atmosphere understandably comes at a premium, and while the pricing can be steep, I recognize that different operating models create different price structures. That said, the meat counter can be a little confusing. While most items are priced per pound, a few are priced per piece -- a distinction that isn't immediately clear unless you study every tag. I picked up a single filet that I later learned was $25 for what appeared to be roughly an 8 oz cut. Not ideal, but even high beef prices aren't enough to keep me away from a store with this kind of selection. What will give me pause, however, is the service I received at the meat counter. The attendant working that day -- identifiable by very prominent neck tattoos -- was one of the rudest employees I've encountered in any grocery store, let alone one where items can run $50 per pound. Her initial greeting was an abrupt "What do you want?" followed immediately by turning her back to me to joke with a colleague. When she finally returned, I pointed to the steak I wanted, and she deliberately picked up a different one while giving me attitude. The entire interaction was dismissive and unnecessarily unpleasant. On my way out, I mentioned the experience to the manager, and she was wonderful -- attentive, kind, and genuinely apologetic. She assured me she would address the situation, and based on her professionalism, I believe she will. I don't enjoy commenting on customer service in Memphis, but when a store operates at such a premium, the service really does need to meet at least a baseline standard. Neutral, polite, and minimally attentive shouldn't be too much to ask. I hope this was an isolated incident, because the store itself is exceptional.
