Kids these days just don't care about taking care of the customer. SERVICE: Didn't get any napkins or a mint. Ambiance: The lot was filthy, crap all over the parking like nobody cared. Saturday, March 30th Update: Carhop Liz was so sweet she was trying to help with the sonic app but it didn't work- actually never of us saw the app "not working"sign- I finally noticed the app "not working" on the sonic screen after she had gone back inside- so you guys the importance of the app is for convenience, rewards and discounts Personally, I love the convenience of ordering ahead especially after the children's museum and we're ready for a quick- then we know you get half off drinks/slushes anytime by the using the app, that helps! Like I said kudos to Liz- Sonic you have a gem at this location- Now all you need to do is get this app working! Thank you! I thought I had already done a review for SONIC- I've been here so many time before today- I come for the kids meal especially on Sundays-- I like the kids meal variety let me give you example for they offered chicken tenders burgers, corn dogs, grilled cheese sandwiches and then your choice of either tater tot , applesauce or French fries Also with each of these wacky pack meals come with a toy for your child --this order I got the chicken tenders fries and Apple juice to go- the best part is that order order came out very quick so convenient in my car! The food is good (no different than any Sonic, hey its a chain) service is ok, carhops are nice, my only issues is that for bays that don't work the only way you'll know it is after you pull in and see the screen doesn't work. Other Sonics will put a hazzard cone in the Bay so people won't pull in. read more

This place is simply the worst. I've stopped by several times over the last couple of months to be told there was a 10 minute wait before I could order. Weird but whatever; I left. I stopped by today to get a happy hour drink. Thankfully there was not a 10 minute wait before I could order but 30 minutes later and no drink. I hit the button to check on my order and was assured it was being taken care of. After the cars next to me, which arrived after me, received their food and drinks before me, I just left. Dropped in for take away and ordered two Sonic cheeseburgers. Got home and one burger had no patty in it!

Went to grab a quick burger last night, well my quick burger took over 30 minutes to be delivered to my truck. I pressed the button to ask why it was taking soooooo long , Was told it would be right out. Another 15 minutes I pressed the button again. Mam I'll have it right out. Another 10 minutes it was brought out, with the excuse there was a mixup. Well needless to say, it was cold, and I don't know even know if someone else had touched it or not. Was scared to send it back for a new hot one, in fear it might take another hour. It was my first time eating a burger there in almost 2 years. They closed the sonic close to me. The burger smells old and the buns is damp as if it was already fixed or something just straight up disgusting. Pressed the button twice and the employees assured me they had received the order and it was coming. Pressed it a third time after the one hour mark and they ignored me and hung up on me. I wasn't to hungry so I decided to get a kids meal. I got a JR burger with no pickles add onions and apple slices. My burger was bland and not hot nor did it have the onions added to it. My apple slices are horrible looking. The date says best by July 10th however if any one who worked there actually cared they could see through the packaging and see these apples looked horrible! This Sonic location has gotten my order wrong every time. Seriously, every time. They really don't care. It's really unfortunate that this is the closest sonic to me. I don't usually give out 1 stars, but I want to for them. However, what food items they actually get right tastes decent, but I guarantee they will get your order wrong. I have gotten a supersonic burger with no lettuce, no sauces, no tomatoes, no nothing! And I did not order it differently, just stated "supersonic burger." I have gotten a supersonic breakfast burrito with no tater tots! If I didn't want the tots, I could order the other types of burritos. read more

It's a no brainer to get the best drinks and deserts from Sonic, it IS their specialty. However, regardlesss of the menu, if you want non-seasoned fried foods or just a quick snack. They are preety good at it and you don't have to get out of your car. But only 3 stars because their prices are waaaay too high and you'll only get fast service if you go early for breakfast. Then they said they were no longer serving shakes because the machine was down... and then just stopped talking to us... but we could see in the window and we're watching people currently making shakes!!
