We came in here and grabbed some rum. They had free ice in the machine outside, which was an added bonus! Their wine selection seemed to be more of the cheaper stuff. Their liquor selection had all the regular favorites, with some weirder cheaper brands that I hadn't heard off. The beer selection did a good job of showcasing some DFW Metroplex beers, and even had some Austin breweries. There aren't many brewery options in Cumby, Tx, but this store sells plenty of beers from elsewhere. This liquor store seems to be a converted home along the highway. You can see how they just knocked the walls out to build out the liquor showroom retail floor. But the back rooms seem to be in use as storage and office space. The clerks were friendly, and made sure we had everything we needed. We grabbed some mixers and the free ice, and were on our way!

Went back the next day to get 2 more and the lady was super rude and said the sale price was $4.99 not regular price which is what I've been paying for years (and the price is clearly written on it)..she insisted I was incorrect and then typed in a higher price manually and proceeded to get very loud and even said the man who told me they were on sale would be fired once I said no thanks I don't want them if the price is no longer as listed on the sign. .I will not be going back!.

I was looking for something that's hard to find in Houston and based on an internet search these guys were supposed to have it. They ran out of what I was looking for but told me when they do have it that it's at a limited purchase. They did have another that was limited but sold me 2 vs the 1 limit per customer. The young girl there didn't want to sell me but 1 but an older gentleman took over the sale and sold me 2. He indeed became my hero. Please note that as a traveler they do NOT allow you to use their bathroom. They say it's not for public use because they have had issues with some locals there. I think it's rude not to allow guest who are spending money there not to use your restroom. I get the caution for those just coming in to use it, but for paying customers you need to ease off on that. You're only rushing paying customers off from spending even more money. ‍ I must rate them with 3 stars. It was a 4 star experience for them searching the store to make sure they didn't have what I was looking for as well as going beyond to sell me an extra bottle but I really had to use it and would have spent much more if I had the time. I eventually danced my way to a service station to restroom it. Flush and Prosper!
