I just stopped by at this location for a lemonade. I haven't had Sonic in over two years and was really craving a strawberry mango lemonade as I'm visiting town. I just pronounced the word mango as "mah-n-go" and they had me repeat myself three times pausing really long before asking again and again to repeat myself. The served ended up finally responding with "we have may-n-go lemonade but not mah-n-go." Not sure if they've never heard an accent before but the manager was very poor in handling it and the workers were just laughing in the back. Very Disappointed with this location and experience overall. Y'all really never know what people are going through and to act like that as a server at a fast food restaurant is bold. I stick w/ my trusted number 1 with mustard. I love the greasy, crisp tater tots and of course my drink w/ awesomely shaped Sonic ice. Something I had never seen before this Sonic- they have a "walk up" order station. A car hop carried a guy's food right to him while he stood next to the side of the building. Updated Review: I no longer get their sweet tea. It tastes like syrup to me. But I love their diet green tea and add a flavor. Very good Their hamburgers have improved. I still feel like they don't get enough on the hamburgers but that is solved by ordering extra lettuce. You still need to check your meals. Kids assume. We ordered one hamburger without cheese. One with. Got home. Both were without. Their time has improved. I would suggest Always double check before you leave. Food temperature? 90% of the time it's hot. I think because they wait to get drinks ready many times adds to the delay in food. But big turnover. They need a list posted do this this this. Check this. Now go with a smile! Lol. It'd help. For leadership: Additional. They had new management. It got better. Then. Not. Then acceptable. We have started back here. I honestly think the problem is training. They have a big turnover here of their staff. They need someone who sets up a very specific training routine for new people. More than just making food. But when to expect rush hours and how to prepare for that. Checking to make sure their supplies are ready. How to deliver. The manager needs to keep track if they are getting behind. Then train those people not to wait until the food is done to start the drinks. That will back you up. You get those people trained. Have incentives. Store contests. The one who gets the most correct orders or is on time the most in a week gets. Bonus like a free lunch. Things like that will keep your people. Make it fun, rewarding and teaching. More than just a boring job to go to. They need to be excited to pass on the good Previous review. I go to the sonic on Sheridan. The food is okay. You really need to check your food and make sure you got the right order. I honestly don't think adults work there at all. But it's a good place to go for a burger. And a shake. Went there for a quick lunch and wow was it quick. Sonic dose not play around. We order and in less than 5 mins durning lunch rush food was coming to the car. My double bacon cheese burger was hot fresh and tasted great. Tater tots was hot and fresh. Yes I do know its most likely not the healthiest place to eat but when you want good old fashion food. On 10-10-17 my husband went to get food for our family. While there the car hop (Ariel)continued to mess up the order and then had the audacity to write her number down and put it into the bag of food. Was not expecting that as food was being passed out to our children. Then when I called and spoke with the manager (Amber if I remember correctly) on duty that evening all she could say was "Oh SHIT, oh shit I'm sorry she did that". So I called the following afternoon and spoke with the new GM. She apologized for her behavior and stated that she has been trying to get them trained properly. Training aside, to me personally it is rude, inappropriate and frankly disrespectful to advance someone who has paid no attention or advances towards you. There is no job training that can help with self respect and dignity and she clearly is lacking both. We maybe a small drop in the bucket but we will no longer give our business to any sonic. read more

Soooo my wife and I visit this sonic very frequently. It is rare to get a station that actually works or a person who doesn't butcher our order. On top of it all. I'd like to give this Sonic a great review. I stopped going to this sonic for a long time because service was horrible, but it has been great lately. This morning after my son filed a police report for his house getting broke into we stopped for breakfast. The bacon egg and cheese toasters we got were perfectly cooked!! Where to start... Well, the service was lightning fast. However, my order was all kinds of wrong. I ordered a #3 with a side of Ched-R peppers "with ranch" and popcorn chicken "with honey mustard and BBQ sauce." When the car hop handed me my bag, I did not receive a drink. I asked her for it and she said I didn't order one. I informed her that I ordered a number 3 and to my knowledge a drink was included, to which she replied I didn't specify what type of drink I wanted (of course I did, but if they do to hear it then you just don't get one). Didn't have time to argue, drove away. Got back to work. Open the bag to find a Number 2 and no dipping sauces whatsoever. I award you one star and may god have mercy on your soul. read more

I ordered 2 cheeseburgers deluxe, 1 w/mayo & mustard, the other w/mustard. When I got to my office, 1 mile away, I unwrapped my burgers to find one swimming in mayo & mustard and the other with mayo. So first they hung up in the middle of the order then it took forever to took the second half of the order delivered to the car. The Oreo cheesecake shake was gross but the chili cheese coney was amazing according to my wife. So all in all not that good of service but they are worth a second chance. read more
