Stopped in for a couple breakfast burritos. Mine was missing the tater tots inside of the ultimate meat and cheese. My wife's was the same , she gets hers with no egg. So the missing potatoes really made it terrible. The side of tater tots was cold and we arrived minutes after they opened. The service was nice, but they also missed the salsa packets we ordered. Parking lot was clean. Thanks for not doing the bare minimum very well, it is what we have grown to expect from fast food. read more

Ordered a chili cheese dog, pretzel with cheese dip, and drink. Get home and no cheese dip, no plastic silverware, no napkins. Come on Sonic, you can do better! read more

If your wanting to pull in drive through and not being able to order a milkshake then don't bother coming to this location. This store has been awful I useally get cheddar bites and milkshake half of the time food is burnt but today I just wanted a milkshake and couldn't get that. No one was taking order but soon I drove away I saw throw the window the employees just standing talking. Do better guys! read more

If I could give this 0 stars I would. Orders are never right 99.9999% of the time. Takes forever and workers would rather lolly gag around than do their job. This Sonic is down right the worst fast food restaurant in town. And someone should be managing this differently. I could go on and on. Unreal. 0 STARS. I have never in my life left a yelp review on any establishment. I downloaded the app just for this because of how bad it was. read more

Went here with friends for a 3 pm lunch. We were the only car there. I ordered a hamburger kids meal with everything on the burger. I got upcharged for cheese, which I thought might have been a small mistake, but then I noticed my drink got upgraded to a medium without me asking, turning my $5 meal into a $7 meal. One of my friends ordered extra cherries in her cherry limeade, and her cherries were more expensive than her drink. Again, a tacked on fee. My other friend ordered a bacon cheeseburger and received no bacon. I'm not one to leave reviews but with all three of us having a bad experience at a time where the restaurant was otherwise empty and well-staffed, our experience was disappointing. Nathan took our orders. read more

Food is always good and service is friendly and efficient. Owen in the drive-through always has a huge smile and makes the guest feel welcome. Probably the friendly staff of any location in town. read more

Order was wrong. Burger was old and re-heated. Found 3 hairs in it. Absolutely disgusting. Threw it away. Used to be a great place. Will NEVER go back. read more

We drove here after playing golf to get some slushes to cool down, and find out they have NO SLUSHES AT ALL!! Quite disappointing since one of the main reasons people even go to sonic, is for slushes. read more

We ordered two large dirty dr.peppers and they came out with one large Pepsi and one extra large normal dr.pepper.Not only did they mess up our order but when we asked them about it,they lied to us twice.Do not recommend coming here. And not to mention that when we asked for our money back they told us that we would get a little bit more than half of the total back in about a week. Also the waiters were very rude . Do not recommend read more

Terrible just terrible. Worst experience I have ever had at a fast food restaurant. to start off the wait was forever. but that's not why i'm here, i'm here because of the food which was cold and not cooked even remotely right the grilled cheese double was only grilled on one side on both of the ones I ordered. This was just a disgrace read more

Sonic Drive-In - Grilled Cheese SuperSONIC - Double Cheeseburger - Burgers Near Me - Jefferson City, Missouri

We have a decent experience every time we go. With a van load of kids, Sonic has a great variety where everyone seems to find something they want. Certainly not a healthy choice, but their burgers and popcorn chicken are always cooked perfect and you cannot go wrong with an order of tots. I gave four rather than 5 stars as there have been a couple times where items were missing from our order and we had to go back. read more

It's a cool Sonic but our drinks were messed up more than once my cup had a big chunk taken out of the side of the cup the other drink was a peach tea and it was all cherry syrup not even tea read more

Waited in the drive thru for nearly 5 minutes for 2 drinks while they brought food to cars behind us. Not typical here, but not the first time this has happened either. Said forgot about our order. read more

We love Sonic. Join the text club for some awesome deals randomly during the month. They have great "happy hour" specials. A gazillion drink combinations, ice cream, burgers, hot dogs, all kinds AND all day breakfast. As a family we can usually pick decently priced items and fill up but it can get expensive. Every Halloween they have 50¢ corn dogs too!! We always go and grab them that night! read more

Everything we ordered to eat was hot and fresh! Service was fast too! Didn't skimp on the m&m in the blast either!

Second only to the Sonic in Eldon, this place is great. They have a drive-thru, which is a little faster than the car hop service and they have a place to sit down and enjoy the great food. I loved this spot. The best sonic in town. Always had great service, never waited long for food, food always hot and fresh. read more

Took too long to get my tots and drink one star highly disappointed. I just left btw sorry my friend screamed. Slush machine was broken I thought this wasn't McDonald's. read more

After asking several times for marinara, they didn't put it in the bag and both our drinks were made wrong. Not the first time either

This is the SLOWEST Sonic I have EVER been to. One car ahead of us and it took 15 minutes for us to get 2 drinks! The staff is not friendly at all and have no sense of urgency. read more

Good stuff. Just what we needed on the long road home. My burger was muy delicioso!

The new habanero chicken sandwich isn't as spicy as it could be, but at least it's a start to getting spicier meals at fast food joints. Good work, Sonic. read more

I love this sonic! The service is very fast and the food is very good. I come here for drinks all of the time. It's very convenient being right off of the highway. I can say the same for all others in Jefferson City. Very good compared to others in different city's. read more
