Pizza was good . Server at the drive up window was nice but.... They wanted to charge me $1.99 for a tiny shaker of parmesan cheese and $1.99 for a tiny shaker of red peppers?? This place is so hit or miss, if they are properly staffed you have a chance of getting one of the best Pizza Hut pizzas you'll ever get. If people don't show up for work you'll wait 3 hours for delivery. 1-2 if you go in. We have gotten to the point where when we call we ask how long for a pizza before we order. One night we called and gave our order and was told it'll be 2 hours. We skip to the chase now, how long and do you have a driver? Lol. But again, when it's good it's good. Placed our order online. Went through the drive-thru to pick up our order. Not a single car in the parking lot at 7:50 pm on Memorial Day. Assistant in training came to the window..I gave her our name..she pressed some buttons on the screen and said that they were short staffed so it would be another 10 minutes..they obviously had not even seen our order. Worst experience I have ever had at a Pizza Hut in my life. Called in my order an Hour before pick up due to being Super Bowl. Went through the drive thru and they said they were finishing it up now. To pull up and it would be out in a few minutes. Twenty minutes later they came out with no pizzas and they said they would give me a few dollars off of my bill due to the wait, and they are making them now. This Pizza Hut is really clean, and the buffet is a great price. Someone always greets you warmly and helps you as soon as you walk in. The only con is that I've had issues with online specials and large orders. For a party I called a week in advance to ask if there were deals for placing a large order, and was told there was only one price for large, single topping pizzas. I called around and was told about a cheaper, online price for multiple pizzas. I'd place your order online unless you're there for the buffet, because the owners seem reluctant to be part of a chain that has specials. Otherwise, no complaints. read more

I seem to have more issues than not at this Pizza Hut. My last 3 interactions went as follows. First I ordered wings, and they told me it would be 10 minutes, she forgot to add the wind Wednesday pricing. I caught it, and she fixed the price. I went and got food at another resteraunt, then went to pizza hut 15 minutes later. I was told the wings are still not ready. 20 minutes of setting in the lobby they bring out my wings. Later I ordered a large stuffed crust meat lovers pizza with mushrooms. The order arrives and it isn't stuffed crust. I failed to catch it before the driver left. Called, and they offered me five dollars. They called back and said they talked to the guy who took my order, and verified I said stuffed crust so they offered me a refund. Third, and finally I ordered another pizza. It arrived, and the delivery girl held it sideways. Having learned from my last experience I checked the pizza before she left. It was basically just a wad of dough and toppings. She said she would go back and have a new one made. Having waited 20 minutes for the pizza I began eating what could be salvaged. I got a call from pizza hut saying that they needed the old pizza to make a new one. I told them I started eating it, and they told me despite the driver seeing the shit show of a pizza she could not do anything about it. read more

Our family loves the cheese sticks from Pizza Hut. We usually request to have them baked "time and a half", otherwise they are a little too doughey for us. Have always had great service from here over the past 4 years. read more

They deliver pretty fast usually and for what it is (fast food pizza) they do a pretty good job. I've found that they are not always as honest/forthcoming about specials as other pizza places are, even other Pizza Hut franchises. read more
