I really enjoyed sonic combo they fix it just the way I like it not because of what they had on it and how they serve it they smothered my onions for me. I had a double cheeseburger combo with tater tots and onion rings. That was delicious. I really enjoyed that meal, yeah you need to go to sonic so many choices to choose. Service was absolute garbage. We were in stall 25 and they put the order on stall 19 and never let us know that. Waited in the same stall for over 15 minutes, we pressed the button again and said that we have been waiting for our order for over 15 minutes. Lady on the speaker said that we left when we have been in the same spot. Then proceeded to start bickering with us saying that we were in the wrong....... I have a lackluster relationship with Sonic in general. Their food is pretty blah, but their variety of cold drinks is always appreciated, especially when you NEED a chocolate shake at 10:45 on a Thursday night. When no one else can deliver, Sonic is there. Despite my showing up 15 minutes before they closed, the staff was friendly and quick when I ordered my shake and fries (because a shake is not complete without fries). The fries were hot and crispy, but bland, I should have asked for salt. My shake was so thick it was still mostly un-strawable after driving 20 minutes home. It still hit the spot despite need to "drink" it with a spoon. This Sonic is my go-to for those later-than-convenient shake and slush needs. read more

I am a frequent customer of the Sonic on Grand Calliou Rd. in Houma LA and the staff there is great. Shantel is the best. She always greats you with a smile that you can actually see through the speaker. I live on the west side of town and actually travel to the east side just for the great service. I love Sonic but there is som thing lacking here. Yes, it's sugar for the sweet tea and credit card machines that work. Every single time I came here it was the same issue. I had to repeat my order several times, but it came out very quickly and everything was correct. I would visit again when in town.

I like sonic. But the one on Grand Caillou which is much closer to us was listed as "temporarily closed" today. (Probably because hurricane Laura came through.) But I had to go to the other side of town anyway, & we wanted their moz sticks. So I figured I'd go to the location near the mall. So we check the order before we left to be sure that they gave us the cheese sauce and the marinara for the pretzel twist and the mozzarella sticks. They didn't so I rang them and waited for it, got it, left, and did our errands, got all the way home to Bourg, went to divide the food that was left to give to my two kids who stayed home, AND that's whenever I realize that they did not give me my son's onion rings as well! -- I couldn't find the receipt. But when I looked on my order history on the app, sure enough I had ordered & paid for onion rings but didn't get them. :( I'm not bothering calling and complaining or anything because live 30 minutes away I'm not gonna waste gas to go back over there for onion rings! -- So as much as Sonic is good & delicious, for this location at least, be sure they gave you everything that you ordered before you drive off! read more

I should probably stop coming here. I'm never impressed with any of the food items. The quality just isn't up to snuff considering the prices. A fast food meal (including a shake) that doesn't satisfy shouldn't cost nearly $12. read more

I stop here every other week to get plain vanilla ice cream for my son after his appointment. It has never NOT been grainy. I have called about it, and they said they'd fix it, and offered a replacement, but as I have never experienced non-grainy ice cream from this particular Sonic, it would be a worthless trip. I always offer to take my son to other places, but since he is autistic, he always wants Sonic. I really feel that this store needs to step up their game. I just don't think they really care. read more
