He was extremely helpful. My experience would have been 10/10 if I had never had to interact with the older man in the wine section.

At five minutes before closing time, my wife apparently calls JFK Liquor (long distance) and asks for a favor. Since I'm going to be stuck there for our Anniversary she asks them to deliver a bottle of my favorite bourbon to the hotel. They not only delivered the bourbon, they decorated the bag and had it there before I checked in. You can't find service like this anymore. These people really care about their customers. First thing that I liked was there were actually two beers on the wall I've never had (still waiting to have 2nd one). That was two deep fried tenders pleasant bathed in buffalo sauce over a bed of m&c and drizzled with ranch. Sauce was perfectly spiced, cheese was perfectly made and not swimming. It's only 30 minutes from my house and I will return. Update 9/28/2027 Returned on this date to find out they're going through a menu revamp and the Liz has been removed from the menu. Now in their defense, the manager arranged to have the entree prepared as before, but I had to pay for tenders and two sides of mac n cheese separately. Apparently there was issues with streamlining the kitchen to get food out faster. So thank you for doing that for me, but please advise me through this app if and when you do put it back on the menu. My wife loves that so she was happy. When we sat down it took a while for us to get menus. The server a young girl apologized 3 times before we got to order. When we finally ordered about 10 minutes later I got the CFS and my wife got a burger and fries. We suddenly noticed a large group of 24 people came in together and a few other small groups at the same time. I thought oh no this girl can't handle who's here what is she going to do now. She told us she was the only server tonight. I got worried that we may never get our food. I have a thing about my food being Hot when I get it. I guess they must have called in some help. A new server delivered our food but we had no silverware. I tried my wife's fries while waiting and they were cold. Once I got the fork I tasted my mashed and they were ice cold. I had also asked for white gravy and she got me a new fresh mash that was hot. The CFS was good but not great. The batter was good but would not adhere to the steak. She pics below. This was our first--and last--visit. I made a mobile order ahead of time, thinking that might facilitate things. WRONG. Got to Swig ten minutes later to find cars wrapped around the building. But they move pretty quickly, right? WRONG again. They had a kid out with his little flip menu taking orders, one excruciating car at a time. I finally got to the kid, told him I had a mobile order, and drove on to the window. At the window I was inexplicably asked to pull into a parking spot in front of the store, where we got to watch employees dashing around in the store, dropping stuff and literally ricocheting off each other. I'm serious. At least that was entertaining while we watched car after car (that made in-line orders) get served and roll on through while we sat. And sat. Without exaggeration, our order (three sodas, pretzel bites, and mini cookies) took nearly 45 minutes. I'm pretty sure they forgot us. And remember: you. cannot. go. inside. So there we sat, watching the show. When our stuff was finally brought out to us, I handed out the drinks and the pretzel bites.......no cookies . At this point we could only laugh. This isn't sour grapes or having to wait too long. They were grotty. If you like sugar on top of your sugar, and paying $30 for it, this is your jam. These drinks were so incredibly sweet they were inedible. There was no nuance or flavor profile...the menu made them sound so good, but the reality is you just taste genuinely epic (and not in a good way) amounts of sweetness. It all blends together--until it doesn't. Even with all the ice they aren't appealing. Five minutes later all the drinks had separated with clear liquid on the bottoms of the cups. Just...yuck. I can see 13-year-old kids swooning for this stuff, but if you have any sort of an adult palate whatsoever...you've been warned.
