I had a good experience with the two young ladies that helped with my order at this location. If I was their moms I'd be proud! My lil boy likes burgers, so I got him the kids meal. He loved the toy it came with (and the burger)! It's a bright green alien keychain, and it's one of his favorite little toys. It came with apple juice and sauce too. Just deleted my Sonic app as this will be my last visit here. First my coffee was cool. Couldn't even classify it as warm. The Ultimate Burrito was unusually small. It did seem to be u usually thick because the egg and sausage kept falling out as the tortilla wouldn't completely close. It was obvious that it had been sitting for a while. I still can't get over how much they downsized the medium tots. After half eating my breakfast I ordered a Sonic Blast. I like the Blast because it is real thick. Not this time. This Sonic was sub-par. On the plus side, the facility was attractive on the outside and had an appealing menu. The staff were courteous. Unfortunately, it took awhile for the staff to take our order after we pressed the red button. My spouse and I each had to correct what was entered by the person taking our orders, because she put that we wanted to include ingredients we didn't want or excluded what we did. The food arrived rather slowly. It was hot, but not good. There was too much mustard, but almost no lettuce on one of our burgers. The buns were smashed and the cheese seemed artificial. My experiences here have gotten much better here over the last year. My food has been hot and fresh when I've gotten it, and I love the specials that they run! This is a very average Sonic in a very average small Kansas town. The servers were nice and the food was kinda blah. Not really any different than most other Sonics I've been to. read more

My day is ruined. The carhop told me I had made an excellent choice by choosing the number 19 - french toast sticks but when I had got home and was ready to enjoy my excellent choice i was disappointed to see I had no syrup. You can imagine my dissatisfaction. I also tried too log in to the sonic app, and my login information was not working. I then tried to reset my password. I have been patiently waiting for hours to get the email and still nothing. How is Sonic to say they are for the customer when they make these small but unforgettable mistakes. read more

Wow. Bad bad service. You pay by credit card, you sit there a half hour, you push the button and they yell WE ARE CLOSED and essentially hang up on you before you can say anything! Four times in a row! Busy or not, there is NO excuse for this kind of rudeness (that they have your money and won't answer). Not going back. Turning them in to corporate.
