Not only have prices gone up, but the quality has gone down. I felt bad because I didn't want to tip, but I thought... maybe today I don't tip and the guy fills up my large fries, they aren't lukewarm and the drinks will be on point. I can't get my tip back, but I can tip ya'll... don't fall for it. The limeade was 5/6 full, the fry container was half full and soggy, the corndogs were cold in the middle... Your hours say 12am Friday and Saturday well it's 11:15 and your telling us your closed and so we call August and they say yes we're open and they should be too since we are owned by the same person?!?! I don't know why your saying your closed... if you don't stay open til 12am then you need to change the time on the website as well!! Today, we stopped in during happy hour. Slow day, not packed as usual. We ordered a grilled cheese, split it because we like to share and wished it had been cut in half. Pressed the button to speak with someone and he asked if he could take our order, we asked how long for our order and he never responded. Got here at 10:49, it is 11:17 and still waiting! read more

My wife and I love Sonic flavored water. I HATE that I have to go to this location to get them. Equipment is CONSTANTLY out of order. Ordering WATER with a couple of flavors in it is more difficult than passing the bar exam. I've been posting on here about your equipment, intercoms, and drive bays for months. They're STILL not working!!! Seriously! Every time we go, my wife and I play a game.....will it work or not?? To say nothing of wondering what we will end up with after we receive our order. I'm we get water with two flavors in it. I'm amazed how often that is screwed up. One will be fine, the other is completely different. Even though we order the same thing! Where do I start? This is an awful establishment. I have seen and been given undercooked food. This place is bad about their workers too.. one girl goes to work drunk and drinks on the job and disappears for a long time so as to not help her coworkers and gets mad that them for being behind, the general manager was a jerk that would yell at you and fire you if you cried or got upset.. my dad had died in my time working there and he was a complete jerk about it... he refused to give me the time off I needed to sign my fathers cremation papers and be there for his service and instead gave me a couple of days and the amount of time he gave me would have only been enough to drive there and turn around to come straight back.. and allowed himself and other coworkers to talk crap about it and say I was making excuses to not work, and people would smoke in the kitchen.. 4 of us quit on the spot and walked out 6 months ago and from what I know, we're all better off not being there.. I don't know if things have changed since about 6 months ago but I certainly hope so read more

Yeah, the people that run this Sonic like to pretend their ice cream machine is "broken" every other night after 8 PM when shakes are supposed to be half off. In the 2 years I've lived here and the promotion has been active, these a-holes have told me this no less than 5 times! I'm sick of this and I'm seriously looking into telling the BBB and the Sonic franchise association. No idle threat, I AM going to cause trouble for these jerks. If you want a slush or a soda with other flavored dumped into it this is the place. If you want food that will satisfy and make you feel better about yourself you might try somewhere else. Although they do have tater tots their burgers are mediocre. I go hot dog or breakfast burrito if forced into Sonic and I haven't died yet so there is a bright side. read more

Very poor service tonight while I was in the drive through I was giving my order and was cut off midway through the order and was given a total to pay. Upon moving forward Cassie came out read the order to me and gave me my bill. I said well thats fine but you cut me off and I did not get to order everything I wanted. She said well we are real busy tonight. I said excuse me, but if it were not for people like me ordering from you then you would not have a job. She said well what else do you want. I said nothing I will just get the drinks here and thats all. She rolled her eyes and took my debit card. When she came back I asked for her name. SHe said Cassie, then took a couple steps then said I wasnt the one who toook your order. then she walked away. To me I do try and praise people when they do good or if they are having a bad day I try to be more possitive to them. When she said well we are busy tonight I had to just leave because I think that is the rudest thing to say to a customer.
