The organization should be proud of their accomplishments. However, my disabled wife and (I am also disabled veteran) were greeted at the counter and because we read on their website today was that apple, walnut salad was the special. The response was "NO SPECIAL TODAY " I suspect she naturally loud when speaks, but I mistook it for being annoyed with question. She asked for our food and drink order. We have difficulty standing so we told her we would get seated and get the order figured out. We figured it out and signaled twice to the staff chatting behind bar that were ready to order. The owner finally came over and loudly explain thar the only way to order was going to the counter, where the staff was chatting. I I didn't understand why several idle staff and after she walked to our table, she would not take our order. Again explaining our handicaps, and because she was right there, I asked if she could take our order while she was there. She became terse and refused. Her rule was customers have to order it from (her) at the counter. THEN, her staff be happy to fix the meals as well as delivering them and drinks to the table. Additionally after our meal the staff would be happy to accept desert orders at the table ( no need to go the counter.) Also refresh our drinks at the table. We left without ordering and I ask why the ower wouldn't honor disabled in need, and why she was terse over where we located to give our order, especially since every visible employee was idly conversing. It especially confounds me the owner would come to the table solely to explain why she would not take our order. So much ADA accommodations. Maybe it's time for a conversation with Wichita.

The establishment is very clean. Customer service grade: C+ ..... we felt like the 2 girls working were more worried about gossiping about school than really trying to help customers out. Example: "pistachio I want to try that! Is there a sample cup anywhere..." ***searching and searching*** no help. Stared at the machines for an excessively extended amount of time..... still no help. Started putting small samples into the large bowl rather that the sampling cups which, turns out, are located next to the cash register - where customers typically conclude their experience so I find that particular "storage" choice to be odd especially if your staff isn't focused on the patrons and their needs. Anyways after we became epically overwhelmed and frustrated.... I finally settled on banana flavored yogurt with no toppings. Hubs had peanut butter yogurt with toppings and one of our 5 children had chocolate yogurt with toppings as well. All of our flavors tasted excellent according to our own testimonies. We didn't share!! I'm only sharing the frustration we had - so that anyone after us, who has read this review, may be more inspired to speak up - and ask for the appropriate guidance so that you don't have to deal with being totally overstimulated and essentially stranded. We are looking forward to trying new flavors each month. Now that we sort of know our way around being ignored won't bother us!! The website advertises some very interesting flavors that they rotate, so this is something we are excited to add to our monthly routines.

I made two carne asada tacos and could not finish my meal because it was not good. Wherever they get their meat from they need to change providers as it is not a quality product. I travel a great deal which means I eat out a lot. I never rate restaurants because most try to serve a great meal but this evening this restaurant fell way short and their 4+ rating is not deserved! I hope people will understand that for me to publish a negative rating is significant as like everyone who goes out to eat deserves a great meal experience and this restaurant did not deliver this evening. FYI I am 70 and have been around the block so to speak! I learned early not to speak ill about anyone. I hope this review will help this restaurant make a few changes that will command the rating posted! God bless!

I ordered the Arrachera Mexicana - only because the whole fried fish was going to take twice as long they said (code for, needs to be thawed out.....). The dish was fantastic, and far exceeded my expectations. They included some chips and salsa, and were as good as any I've had anywhere. The lady up front was polite and kind, and overall it looks like a great place to eat (just not on Saturday night!). I would go 5 stars, but there is still a large discrepancy between the website prices and the menu prices. Perhaps they're upcharging to pay for the website, but I'd prefer they add a convenience fee like most places do, instead of making everything confusing between the ordering on the phone vs the website. Or at least a note why the prices are so high online!
