Hit order button at 10:22, didn't get food until after 11. Hot the order button 3 times before order was actually taken, and then had to hit it to check on the food. People were kind of rude afterwards. Our recent visit we experienced great service but expected to wait 15 minutes or longer because the place was packed! To our delight our server had our food out in less than 10 minutes and everything ordered was accurate. I don't get the disconnect with reality when people cite they waited for 2 hours ? I posted a picture of a coffee chiller I bought yesterday morning at 8am. I forgot to take it out of my car and it is now 2:30 pm the following afternoon. The "whipped cream" is still in tact and in the same shape it was when I got it. So, no one is kidding when they rate this Sonic with a one star. The employees here are an absolute joke. This car pulls up playing OBNOXIOUS and LOUD music, then these individuals proceeded to exit the car and make a fool of themselves. They were dancing SO inappropriately on one another and not caring about any audience or customers sitting the the lobby... Then they come out from around the car and three of the four people in the car work at THIS sonic. Then two more employees from inside come rushing out and carry on in the HORRIBLE behavior. Sonic, I ask you, is this what you want of your employees? This is sad, and disrespectful to customers, and as a mother of a two year old, I am FURIOUS. Sonic, where is a manager that can actually control these employees of yours?! This was my first and will be my LAST visit to this Sonic location. read more

I'm honestly really irritated right now but I will try to be nice. I went to sonic and ordered a burger meal (no pickles) and fries with a dr. Pepper, and a burger by itself and a frozen strawberry limeade. After waiting 20 minutes for the order (when it wasn't busy), they put pickles on the burger, and we got a regular strawberry limeade instead of a frozen strawberry limeade. So we pressed the button again and let them know the drink was wrong with our order and we'd like to switch it out for the right thing (we didn't say anything about the pickles because we just picked them off no biggie), and they tried to make us pay for the new drink! Then when the new drink came out, it wasn't even right the second time. They gave us a regular frozen limeade (not strawberry). We drove off and didn't worry about it because we were just ready to get out of there. But this is not the first time this has happened, it has been like this each time we've gone for the past 5 times. Very irritated. Won't be going back. read more

DO NOT GO! sonic has screwed up so many times! Just the other night they proceeded to take our order and then told us it was closed! We called general management and they told us that location closes at 10pm not 9pm! Over 10 times they have told us there ice cream machine is broken and not to mention the slow service, 25 minutes to make a milkshake? That's Insane!
