Extreme allergy to onions, specifically asked for no onions on a #1 Cheeseburger, comes out with onions. They said they'd remake it, as I watch them through the window scrape the onions away from the patty and hand it back to me and and tell me it's a brand new fresh cooked burger. After returning it a 2nd time, it comes back with onions on it again. It took 3 tries to get the correct burger made. Clear instructions told eye to eye with 2 individuals tbat I will die if It has onions. If you're allergic to onions don't come here they'll kill your ass. Had a horrible experience... For one I ordered On the app at around 8:14, was done at 8:19 waited over 30 mins to even get our food. Got ice cream and it came melted like that's just horrible. Even got handed the wrong order after waiting, like what? Even decided to order something extra on the stall menu and had to wait just wanted an ice tea and wait was horrible. They gave us the drink for free but like gosh, other people who just drove in got their orders faster than ours. It's pretty much disappointing expecting something good, having to wait and get a bad experience. I understand it gets busy but it's important to keep up.. Always something wrong with orders, burnt buns, burgers look like leftover smashed buns kinda what you can get off of a McD's dollar menu. Nothing serbed looks like what is advertised. I ordered 2 Cherry Slushes and a Powerade. We waited for 15 minutes for 3 drinks... 3 drinks and never got them. I ended up leaving the place, it was ridiculous that wait for 3 drinks. I took off without drinks I paid because they were "understaffed" the place wasn't that busy and still couldn't managed to serve 3 drinks. Unbelievable!!! Definitely not coming back again. Worst place I have ever tried to get food. Half the order boxes you park next to don't work. Expect to pay cash because the pay screens are worthless. By the time I got my burger, tots and drink they were cold and actually pretty tasteless. I am Diabetic so ordered un-sweet Tea they brought out a Dr. Pepper. Either they are totally inept or they just don't care. Sad for the people here in Coleman because there are very few places to get a quick meal. This Sonic is certainly not one of them. This Sonic location failed to give us a burger that was apart of a 5 piece order. When we returned to the location so they could fix it, just by making one burger, they requested we bring back ALL our order to prove it. Like... what? Everyone was already eating? We took our chances with Sonic for breakfast because the place we wanted to go wasn't open and we didn't have time to wait. The service was very slow, which was extra aggravating since we were already in a hurry, but the girl was nice and our order was correct. I have visited many of the Sonic drive in's all across Texas however Sonic in Coleman TX is the worst place I have ever been to. I waited for 45 min to get my meal and it didn't look busy at all, maybe 4 customers total when I was there. Food was cold and the fries taste like they were made last week. Most of the car hops were very polite however the Manager Tammy who I spoke with was extremely rude and was no help at all. I just waited 26 minutes for a cherry limeade! I finally canceled the order. Whoever owns this Sonic needs to do some training of their employees. It's too bad because the Dairy Queen here recently closed due to bankruptcy of the corporation that owned dozens of them and there is a need for a QUICK place to order a coke. read more

I was employed at Sonic for 2 days they don't train their employees they leave them to figure out things for themselves there an unsanitary restaurants they don't wear gloves when they make everybody's food they have all their friends who come in and regular clothing around the food and drinks and things which is very unsanitary they're not in proper dress code is she the managers that are on staff don't know what they're doing they let their employees do whatever they want and run over them they do not hold a professional atmosphere they have a lot of health code violations so people can call me and I would advise you not to eat at Sonic no longer unless you want to catch a cold or something else because like I said they do not use gloves at all whatsoever there's none in the building for their employees who cook your food to where they touch everything and could possibly get you sick it's unsanitary. And the only reason why I gave it one star is because I have to select something otherwise I would give them no stars read more
