I'd give it 0 if I could. Exactly like another poster I ordered on the app. Went to a stall they said I have to go through drive through. BTW, I can't login on the app on my phone (endless attempts at login with no luck) so I ordered on my PC. Went through the drive through and they said I had to go to a stall. Got there at 3, left at 3:30 with no shakes. Now have to dispute the charge with my credit card company. Will never return to this sorry establishment. The intercoms at the stalls are impossible to understand, the plants are dieing and the employees are rude. read more

1) slowest sonic in town 2) couple of employees do not care at all 3) their App never works and they do not honor the 1/2 price drinks even though they spend millions of dollars advertising it on tv. 4) if you go into a stall expect to wait 5-7 minutes before anyone even acknowledges that you are there. The food quality at this location is inconsistent; sometimes they do a good job, and sometimes they don't. Furthermore, and worst of all, the service here is consistently atrocious. The employees could not care less about you or your meal. Lastly, the location is generally dirty, although that isn't unusually for a fast food restaurant. read more

Where do I start? I order thru the app and go to a stall to pick up my drinks. I hit the red button and I got a curt "we are only taking orders in the drive thru" click they hang up... I forgot my cell phone so partly my fault but dude.... so I press the red button again and after being told they are not taking orders intry to fit in that I have a mobile order and I dont have my phone. They said hold in we will bring your order to you How do they know my order? So I wait about 15 mins move to a closer stall and try to get there attn again! Took another 10 mins for someone to acknowledge me and ask for my name and order. I give it and in 5 mins he comes out with my melted shake and lime aid slush with no slush.. very sad read more

The employee Tyler and the manager at the Willow and Nees Clovis CA location were extremely rude and unhelpful and unprofessional with my partner and I. They made us pay for extra stuff that we didn't order. They mocked us and locked the doors so we couldn't speak to them. Please look into this because if it happened to us, it happened to others. "The customer is always right" but in this case, they shut us out and didn't even try to listen. read more

Never fussy but if I'm paying 45$ for food I expect it not to be this gross and unsanitary, on top of that, they stated that they weren't selling ANY grilled food (I came in about an hour before closing) and I'd expect that if they were going to close within 15 mins or so but we couldn't get any burgers and that's all we came for read more

We haven't been to sonic in forever... So I thought we would try it out again. My mother in law and I went to get a little drink while we waited for our Togo dinner at a nearby restaurant. We ordered a small sweet tea, and a small "ocean water". I had asked if the sweet tea was made in house, or out of the fountain. She said it was made "fresh" every day. Great!! I was so happy that is was fresh sweet tea! I am a bit of a iced tea snob ‍ So I paid for our drinks, and she brought them to the car, and my mother in law tried hers, and she said it tastes like mildew. So I tasted it, and it was horrible. It tasted like mildew so bad. Like they haven't cleaned their soda lines, like ever!! Then my iced sweet tea was just as bad. There is no way it was fresh brewed this morning! It taste like it was at least 5+ days old, and wasn't sweet at all. I thought maybe they gave me unsweetened iced tea, so I said I'm so sorry, but I think you gave me unsweetened iced tea, and I ordered sweet tea. She said "no I gave you iced tea, and I put sugar packets in it" "just stir it up. It's at the bottom" So, I had them make my MIL something different, something with NO soda in it. Cherry slushy, the cashier recommended. So, we got that cherry slushy, and then I just kept my nasty tea. (I actually threw it in the trash can right at the drive thru). This place is absolutely terrible. We ordered 3 burritos, all of which weren't even fully wrapped, they were barely even folded together. The shakes were only half filled, and some of the items we bought were way over priced in relation to the size of the food. We told them no nuts in our shake, instead they added nuts and charged us for it. To top it off, our 3 year old desperately needed to use the restroom. They told me a couple times it was employees only. I explained to the employees it was an emergency situation then they told me their bathroom was out of order. We've had similar experiences like this at this Sonic on willow in the past. But we decided to go again to give it another chance. We will never go again and we will make sure everyone we know also knows not to go there. read more

Today we had the best order order from sonic. The fried foods were hot and fresh. The burger was fresh as well. I never eat fried foods but The fried food we got did not have the old dirty oil taste. The best part was the car hop Colin. It's hard to find good food and good customer service and one spot. Colin was very kind and accommodating. Drive-in stalls are mostly broken. There's no management to lead the team and direct staff to care about their customers. The property is not being taken care of and nobody even knows what linger is outside. There are cars that have been waiting for a long time and leave out of hunger and frustration. There is a fountain on the property but unfortunately it's not working. Fresno county really needs businesses to be inviting and have great or at least interesting atmosphere being that we are in the country here and there is lots of drive flatland. It's unfortunate that sonic is in the city of Clovis which happens to be an area in Fresno that seems to care more about all of the above. I waved down a staff member that was walking by and all they could say is, "I don't know, I just work in the back." It's a shame that a business does not care to train youth to respond better and learn the basics of customer service. I wouldn't want anyone I know looking for a job whether experienced or inexperienced, in need or not to have to go through this miserable job experience. read more

This restaurants, customer service was terrible, they were extremely slow, I went in for one meal, It took me almost 30 minutes sitting in the drive-through to get it, and when I got it, it was wrong. When I asked for a refund the Hispanic gentleman snatched the food out of my hand, slammed it in the trash can that was there, looked at me like I did something wrong, and as if he wanted to kick my ass....good luck with that! I keep giving this place second (fourth, twelfth) chances, but it's just gotten so bad. There's hardly anywhere to get a drive-thru hot fudge sundae, so I'm stuck with them for my depression treatment, but the sheer lack of fudge in them makes me even more depressed. They smear the thinnest layer possible inside the cup, it's basically impossible to even taste. Is there a hot fudge shortage?? Why does this keep happening? Employees are nice and helpful, however every time we have gone here in the past 4 months it gets worse and worse. Speakers are super messed up so you get screamed at when trying to place an order. It's not just the drive up. You can't go inside to talk to anyone when there's an issue with the order. When placing an order online they say "thank you for your order" but when you show up...phone has been disconnected to call them to notify them your ready to pick up, if you didn't receive an email you can't get the order. They just told us there's nothing they can do and you're basically up a creek. I only go back because my family likes the food but after today I am finally saying never again. They don't need my business, if they keep treating customers like crap I'm sure more and more individuals will also realize it's not worth the stress to try and get food there. Yes, it's true, I drive a Saturn. We ordered a medium blast and chili cheese tots. The tits didn't look anything like they did in the picture, and they weren't that great. They forgot the blast, and instead brought out a small milkshake with three straws. But they fixed that and we got to keep the wrong one!!! Bonus!!! Turns out the free one had a hole in it and it leaked milkshake all over my Saturn. NOT COOL SONIC, NOT COOL! Overall, not a great experience, super slow, not overly friendly, but it's Sonic, and Sonic is sooooooo lit, so of course, 5 stars. I'll definitely come back for more. read more

I got a banana milkshake & it literally tasted like it had little crumbs in it. Keep in mind I only ever get a banana milkshake so I know what it's supposed to taste like. So I went back and asked them if we could possibly swap it out, the girl at the window had hella attitude and practically threw back a new shake to me & the whipped cream was just thrown on and it was sloppy AS HELL. Worst service ever!!!! His headset was malfunctioning like 3 times. Even put us on hold for another 5 minutes. Instead of just walking out to my car the first time to take my order, he kept trying to fix his headset. Well I hate too give a negative review because I rarely do, but I've been trying too give this Specific Sonic Drive In on Willow in Fresno the benefit of the doubt. On The night of October 31st 2020 my wife and I took my kids too buy some Sonic Blasts. After the staff worker got our order wrong twice, she finally brought the correct order. As she was handing me the blasts, she dropped one and it exploded all over the right side of me in the driver side. She showed zero empathy and offered me napkins and too remake the order, we spoke with the manager on duty that night and she advised me too call the Sonic App 800 number since it was ordered on the App (makes no sense, and she was just passing the buck).. I called the App 800 number for Sonic the next morning on November 1st 2020, and they advised me too speak with the general manager for that specific Sonic. So I spoke with Ruben (GM for that Sonic).. he said there was nothing he could do since I ordered it on the app, so I called Sonic corporate and they supposedly emailed the district manager, I've never received the $30 in credit for my order and I spent $50 too have my car upholstery cleaned and shampooed. I can see why this specific Sonic on Willow has very low stars on Yelp! Stay away from this Sonic, my views and experience here doesn't represent all Sonics because most Sonics are great! read more

Their burgers taste like pit sweat, foot oder and dirt...DONT ORDER. But the shakes and corn dogs are awesome. Just tried 3rd burger and was starving...3rd bite was like a dead human body part. Now..best burgers in Fresno? Foster Freeze amazing, Jack in the box great, rallys good and Wendy's tasty. But sonic...worst burger taste ever. read more
