If you're looking for a place to spend at least 30mins waiting on food. This is the place for you. 15min of that was spent just waiting for someone to take my order. Now once you get your food, prepare yourself for disappointment. Most of the food will be cold or just made badly. read more

This sonic is always messing up but this is the worst. You can see the mold growing on the bread of the bread, they are always messing stuff up, when my wife confronted them they said it wasn't there fault the bread was covered in mold, so I guess they don't even look at there food when they fill orders, sad but we will never eat here again just for safety's sake. I would recommend not eating here because obviously they don't care about there customers or food handling regulations. read more

If I could I would leave no stars. This sonic was completely understaffed. The person taking my order was rushing me throughout the entire time. The carhop I had was rude when I told her I wanted a large coke instead of a medium. (Person who took my order put it in wrong) she proceeds to tell me I was wrong and snatched the drink out of my hand and stomped off. I get work can get frustrating but don't take it out on customers!!! read more

Man...I know it's just Sonic and I shouldn't expect much anyways, but here we are! I waited 50 minutes at this Sonic for a small slush. When I showed up they were busy, which I get. I waited 15 minutes at my stall after pressing the button and nobody answered, so I pressed it again. Person told me they couldn't hear well on that stall and to move to a different one. No biggie, I can do that. Moved to a different stall and pressed the button again, waited for another 15 minutes with no answer. Pressed the button again and someone finally took my order. Waited ANOTHER 15 minutes while I watched multiple cars pull in, receive their food, and leave while I'm still there waiting for a small slush. Pushed the button again to make sure nothing got lost in translation and when I told them how long I've been waiting for a small slush they quickly said it was coming right out. 5 minutes later the car hop came out and was kinda rude about. Don't get me wrong, I usually like to give people the benefit of the doubt because I've worked in the food service industry before and I understand that shit hits the fan sometimes. But almost an hour at a Sonic for a small slush? No thanks. That's my whole lunch break for a small drink. Honestly I should have known better though. The last time I went to this Sonic (which was the very first time) I ordered a mini M&M blast and when it came out it was basically just a full cup of vanilla ice cream with like 5 M&M's on top. I know you must be thinking "wow, this lady is making a stink about her desserts?!". Well, yeah. To me it's about the quality of the service and the quality of the food because this is a business that is serving to the public. I could easily make some of this stuff at home but I chose to spend my money elsewhere thinking it could be done better. But it wasn't. And that's all I got to say about that! read more

Don't do it. Just don't. I got a coney today.. I ate a bite of the bread and it was ok, not great but it's Sonic. And then I cut into the hot dog... it's GREEN! I'm pissed. Jessica took my order today at 2pm and was hateful and spoke over me as I tried to order. She didn't have basic knowledge of the menu or what came on a burger. She prompted me over and over again to give her my side and drink and I was not ready. Rude and hateful. I'm pretty sure we put Coca Cola in my sweet tea after I asked her name. Over all aweful service. I always eat at sonic but will not be returning to this one... :( read more

I've lived in Chickasha for a good while now and usually this sonic is not the worst. Although within the last two days I have had not so great experiences. Yesterday I stopped to get a drink on the way to work and the lady was extremely rude over the speaker because she "could not understand me." Despite me speaking very clearly and basically screaming into the speaker as nicely as possible, which is not very comfortable for me fyi. Today, I stopped for some breakfast hoping yesterday was just a bad stall. There was a similar issue in a completely different stall and the lady who helped me was much nicer this time but my order was incomplete. They forgot every sauce that I made sure to specifically order. It took an extra 7 minutes to get my sauces. I was alone and they gave me 3 large boxes that were not in a bag alongside a large bag and two 44 oz drinks. How was I supposed to carry this alone? Well I couldn't. I dropped one of my brothers burgers on the ground outside trying to juggle all those containers on my long walk inside. These are just instances from recently, there are plenty more poor situations I could go on about with this location. I always tip my servers and I'm always polite to customer service workers and I love sonic food but it's not worth the constant this or that issues. They never get it right and I'm tired of wasting money here. McDonald's does a better job. read more

Every time we come here they forget to bring out part of our order. Also - I have ordered numerous gift cards from here for teacher appreciation gifts (200 one time and 25 another). The manager was super unhelpful both times and messed up the order! They then just stacked all the gift cards up in a rubber band without the gift receipts attached or an envelope. I know Sonic has higher standards than this! read more
