Just left the drive thru. Waited 10 minutes and no one came on the speaker. Pulled up and asked if I could order. After ordering the window was left open and I could hear the kids inside making fun of my frustration. To top it all off they charged me full price for my 20 minute in all Sonic horrible experience. read more

HORRIBLE. I have never written a review but this place has the crappiest costumer service. Sat at the drive thru speaker for 15 minutes and no one ever took my order. I drove around to the window thinking the speaker might be broken but when I pulled up I saw 3 ladies complaining and talking drama. I sat there another 10 minutes while the people behind my started yelling into the speaker trying to get someone's attention. I ended up leaving because no one ever came to take my order or acknowledged I was there. read more

Lunch in a hurry. Service ok. Food tried the new chicken sandwich looked like picture. Pretty tasty!!

They dont have ice cream at either location for months. I hate seeing all the commercials with yummy looking new ice cream creations. I have gone more then once and waiting in line for more then 20 mins to find that they dont have any. read more

Absolutely terrible service. Waited at parking area for 10 minutes- no one answered the call button. Able to order through drive thru. Why not just say so through the call button??? All we ordered were 2 ice cream shakes - 3rd in line - vehicles are turned off and have been waiting for 20 minutes so far. Worst Sonic I have ever been to. read more

SO SLOW!! It takes them forever to take your order plan on being there 40 minutes just for drinks! Lame!

AMAZING SERVICE. seriously 12/10. lots of teenagers work here but they are so friendly and helpful. sonic food is always great, but i can't go on enough about how nice the experience was. i left with a smile on my face. read more

horrible. slow. kids with no manners working. manager no where to be found. dont waste your time here.

Terrible everything!!! The food was cold. Ordered a classic chicken sandwich combo and they forgot the fries!!! I told the girl at the window and of course since this is a high end food place she didn't believe me. So she tried to make me pay and I went off on her. The manager just stared and finally realized I was right. He gave me the stupid fries. Stupid ill girl thinks that's my scam? To go to Sonic to scam medium fries? Man and just to think I even tipped those crackheads before. Hate this Sonic!!! read more

Worst sonic ever. Food was ok but the service was horrible. First they said I couldn't get cheese on my tots...not even for extra money, then no napkins, late straws, no refills even on dine in....after we got an employee who actually knew the answer! read more

This place is garbage. They gave me the wrong order, I called the manager and he basically blew me off. I went the VERY NEXT DAY as I was in the middle of moving and the location was convenient. I figured I was safe since my luck was bound to change. They couldn't screw up twice in a row...could they? Well I got my order went back home and viola! They gave me the wrong food again!! Called the manager and he said "give us one more chance", and I told him, no. I already gave you one chance too many. I won't go back to this location read more

Food was good. Server messed up order, i had to go to the "employees only" area to get the rest of our order and the receipt (waited 7 minutes). read more

I love eating a sonic but for some reason this one at this location can not get it together. We sat here for 10 min after we pushed the button to order. I finally got out of the car and met this guy who was going outside to smoke to see if I could get someone to take our order and all he could say was calm down lol. Always out of something when we try and order it. read more

Tried this place on 10/31/14 for the first time. Got my order right..the only complaint is that the service is very slow. My husband and I waited like almost 15 mins for our food. read more

I don't know how widespread it is to have indoor seating at a Sonic, but for us wanting to avoid eating inside a new car this worked well. Can't say the same about the food quality, my breakfast burrito was a little off. I swear they've been better in the past. Can't complain about the chocolate shake. read more

Sat at the drive through speaker for 5 minutes with no service, drove by the window and people were laughing and joking. Horrible Coustomer Service. Never again will I go there read more

Long wait for them to even take your order. The red button resets before they ask to take your order. Worst service I've over had at a sonic . read more

They are soooo rude! They yell at you through the intercom. If you want someone to ruin your day, go here!

This location has the worst service I have ever experienced. The last three times has taken 20-30 minutes to get my food; when I finally got my food the people were EXTREMELY rude. I gave them three final chances and I'm done. read more

I'm a fan of sonic food. I'm a fan of chilling in my car and waiting and talking with company or jamming to music, etc. But man oh man a 15 min wait just to get someone to answer the red button call that I made is the WORST I have ever had at a sonic. This isn't the only time at this sonic either. Food is frequently cold. Slow to get out and the friendliness of the employees is way below par. I don't know what the issue is, management or pay for the employees but something needs to change if you want my business again. I'll wait until I've heard good things about this place several times before going back. I normally tip sonic servers. But nope. Definitely didn't earn it. Just heard the attendant say it was just her and one other on a Sunday during lunch time. WOW. just.......wow. Poor management probably. read more

The customer service here is non existent. We sat in the drive thru for 10 minutes, we could see our order through the window but there was no one around. read more

Absolutely the worst service I've ever experienced. The ice tea was sour. I asked before ordering and was told it was made one hour ago according to the manager. Lie!! I know good tea and when it is old and soured. Didn't offer to make fresh tea. Asked if I wanted something else but if I wanted something else I would of ordered it. Poor customer service!! Won't come back. I'll drive the extra distance and go to Chick-fil-a! The tea is always fresh and customer service is awesome and professional. read more

This sonic is about on par with the northside location. Both places are quite slow with service- after spending an average of 15 over 5 stops- if you want Fast Food, avoid here. Never had a problem with my order or food. read more

Sonic Drive-In - Burgers Near Me - Cheyenne, Wyoming

I'm from Oklahoma where we think there should be a Sonic on every corner and we stop there daily. Unfortunately, this is the worst sonic I've ever been to. I've tried to keep giving this place a chance to redeem themselves but it just gets worse and worse. I've never received a correct order. I tried once more yesterday to stop for a drink, since last time I was there the manager said major changes were being made, but I couldn't even get someone to take my order! And there was only one other customer! It's mind boggling to me why this continues to happen. The one on Dell Range is not great either but at least it's not horrible like this one. It's just not always convenient to drive to the other one. I miss having good Sonics everywhere! read more

First, we tried to order the chicken strip basket dinner with cheesy tots, and were told they couldn't do that. When or order came, they have us no napkins or condiments. I had to go all for them. Lastly, we asked one boy for a refill and he said, "I don't know, dude." And then just walked away. I asked another employee, and she informed us that they aren't allowed to give refills. This has been the worst service ever. We even called the Sonic on Dell Range, and they agreed that this was our customer service. I only have this 1 star, because it won't let me give a negative 1. read more

The employees don't seem to know what they offer on their menu. Food came to us looking overcooked and like it had been sitting out for a while. They need better employees who know what they are doing. read more

One thing to say: the food was absolutely horrible. We did not have much of a problem with the wait, but when we got our food, it was not worth the money. I ordered a meal of chicken nuggets, expecting at least something decent. But, when I received the food, it was incredibly overcooked and crunchy, amounting to something like chicken chips. It was inedible. My son ordered some tater tots. He said to me that they tasted strange and felt like they had been in the fridge. They were disgusting, according to him. He also ordered a small orange soda, and lamented that it tasted unlike any he had ever had, being extremely chemical. It was our first, and definitely our last experience with this resteraunt. read more

3 times now when I have gone to get and take husband lunch Mickey has been one on speaker taking order. All 3 times I have had to yell my order repeating it 3 or 4 times before she finally got it right. Making me late back from lunch. Music is way too loud which may contribute to why Mickey is death and u have to repeat yourself. Then the order comes out wrong!!! The manager Quincy delivers it and ask how u doing today I tell him not very good and he doesn't acknowledge that just starts rattling off what I ordered. HORRIBLE SERVICE read more

Okay...first off...I think Sonic has, BAR NONE, one of the BEST mothaf***ing burgers yoy could possibly get from a fast food joint...the others being Carl's (Jr.) and (if you can still find one in CO) GoodTimes... Well...that said...I live up the street from this Sonic...and if we feel like burgers, we usually go to this place, unless of course we fire up the grill...so abuway...we been going here since we moved here and this has been going on for 15 years now...In my case its been about 6 years since the other 9 years I was up here off and on...anyway... for the last 4 years I noticed a sudden drop...and I do mean DROP...in both excellence and standards...the 15 minute wait times in the drive-thru...the busted-ass speakers (resulting in a LOT of what I'm going to talk about in a moment), sloppy waitstaff and a filthy as F@&*!!! interior...hasn't been cleaned in God knows how long and smells like S#**...possibly cos they never touched the toilets...and EVERY DAMN TIME I come here they f*** up the order...EVERY TIME!!! I can't remember the last time I rolled through here and NOT have SOMETHING go wrong with the order I constantly have trouble placing...because half the F***ING speakers DON'T F***ING WORK!!!! And the drive thru speaker is by far the WORST!!! I can't get even two items ordered without having to repeat myself 500 F***ING TIMES before I finally LOSE MY S#** and hastily pull up to window or the door they bring the food out of to order it from there...and they STILL get the order wrong...its like in most places they strive for accuracy and great listening skills...Wendy's, BK, Mickey D's...Taco Bell, TJs...they occassionally get an order wrong (nobody's perfect) but at least they TRY to listen and get as much right as they can...AND their speakers FUNCTION MOST OF THE TIME...these a**holes here seem to be trying to acheive the exact OPPOSITE...as if there is SOME actual reward for being the BIGGEST F**KUP a human being could POSSIBLY be...every time I come gere my order is ALWAYS incorrect in some way...its either missing something that its supposed to have... or added something not ordered or ignore requests to lighten up on sauces (which causes the burger to fall apart and cause a gargantuan mess)...or the order would be COMPLETELY DIFFERENT FROM WHAT WAS ORDERED...WHAT THE F**K SONIC??? ARE YOU A**HOLES BORN STUPID OR DO YOU PRACTICE??? If you find yourself in this neighbourhood and crave a burger...sadly cruisin thru is no longer there...but if you find yourelf here...go to Wendys or (gag) WackDonalds...or he ad further Noth on Greely Hwy and on the other side of the Central Bridge is a Carl's...or even to Culver's on Dell Range by the mall...ANY BURGER JOINT!!!...just avoid this place or YOU WILL BE SORRY!!! THIS PLACE SUCKS!!!! It's ALWAYS a problem with these guys!!!! FAILURE!!! FAILURE!!! FAILURE!!! read more

Horrible experience. 20 minutes in the drive through. One of the servers had a preying mantis (NO JOKE) on his shoulder while he was handling and serving food. No read back on our order. Kid who took our order was really unprofessional, then when we got to the window he asked us if we "we're the ones with a ton of food?" Look, not expecting a ton when we go to fast food but we do expect there to be clean food handling (especially with a huge window where we can watch you make our food-- And BUG FREE) and we expect professionalism and our order to be correct. Won't be going back. Work is not a place to bring your pets if you work in food service. read more

Used to be good. However, now the dining room is so filthy I wouldn't let my worst enemy eat in there. Also, received the gift of food poisoning from the drive up. Probably avoid this Sonic. read more

Let me start by saying I LOVE Sonic, I live my life around when I get to have some cheddar bites and toaster clubs.... That being said this is among the worst sonic drive in's I have been to. I have 3 seperate times gotten partially frozen cheddar bites that were clearly pulled from the fryer early. The buns and bread on my sandwiches is more often than not stale. I can't comment on the condition of the inside because I never go in but they do have far too few people working the kitchen. It has not been unusual for me to wait 15+ minutes for my food, which is unacceptable for any fast food fare. Also at least every 3rd time I go there the shake mixer is broken and they cannot offer shakes (isnt that like one of the MAIN menu items for Sonic?) read more

It took 13 minutes to to the drive through with only one car ahead. A man was power washing the drive way and the server yelled it him, he told her to get the "f" out of his face. My 6 year old granddaughter had to witness the exchange. The whole time our drinks were sitting on the counter and we had to wait. We finally had to blow the horn to get our drinks. read more

I just recently visited this Sonic after many months of not going because the service used to be horrible. I figured with the new boneless wings they were advertising, I would try them again. What a complete 180!! The service was friendly, the employees were moving quickly and even better yet, my order was RIGHT and absolutely delicious!!! I don't know what has caused this transformation, but keep it up !! I will definitely be coming back. read more

Terrible service, went through the drive through and sat there for 10mins without anyone saying a word to me. I back up and tried it again. Samething happened! So I pulled forward and actually sat at the window and no one even notice me. Thought about going in but I was extremely upset. While I was waiting there, other cars pulled up and I saw the girl with the manager shirt take there order. Are you kidding me. What a place? read more

the kids are running around seemingly trying to run the place themselves. the management staff act as if they don't care if you get your food promptly or even if its correct. 20 mins for 2 hotdogs, when I asked what was the holdup they looked at me like I was the problem. this is the worst place to get food or DESERT!!!! very questionable. do not go there read more
