This the worst bar in Cheyenne. Linda is not a nice person. Almost all the other workers follow after her rudeness. She follows you around the liquor store saying things that sounds like we are stealing when we never have from there. We were going in there everyday for about a year because it's closest and I'm never going there again. She yelled at my boyfriend for using the bathroom when we spent 15$ everyday for a long time. In the current environment, one doesn't know if a business is open. If they ARE open and have a drive up window, are they doing STRICTLY drive up service? I called to find out if they were open, after I asked, the LOVELY lady (well, she was female not much of a lady) I was hung up on. I called back and asked, so can I assume you're open? She said, I answered the phone. I don't care if you answered the phone, you might be there doing a deep clean, you might not be allowing people in. There is no need to be rude to your customers. I don't care if I'm a regular or someone from out of town. Show some phone and business etiquette! I took my business elsewhere and will continue to do so. read more

If you want a biker bar then you cannot miss this place in Cheyenne, WY. Eagle's Nest will allow you (allowed by city code) to drink with your beverage outside on their property. The bartenders are a hoot too and very knowledgable about their hometown. This place also has an attached liquor store accessible from inside and outside. But you cannot buy in the liquor store to drink in the bar. read more

A biker bar. No way around it. But that's not necessarily a bad thing. The locals in here were very nice if colorful, and the bartender was cute and attentive. The real perks here were the ski ball and package store. So why three stars? The selection left much to be desired and the bar closed way too early. I get the impression they roll up the sidewalk at 8 in Wyoming, but still, it was before midnight! read more

I was in package liquor with red bull and pineapple juice on the counter waiting patiently for the package clerk to finish with a drive up customer so I could complete my purchase. The rude old lady from the bar who claims to be the "manager" came in and asked me "what the fuck I thought I was doing" I answered that I was waiting to make a purchase and she got pissed off and told me to get out because I "gave her attitude" I again restated that I was waiting to make a purchase. She then yelled at me to "make my fucking purchase and leave." Like what am I supposed to do, ring it up myself. When that didn't work, she got pissed and grabbed the lids off of a hot dog container and splashed hot dog water all over me. So I asked to speak to the owner. She said she "didn't give a fuck" and that I needed to "get the fuck out." I left because I thought she would get physical with me if I insisted on staying to speak to the owner. I've been in the bar industry most of my life and this kind of attitude is never acceptable from an employee. It creates tension and can lead to unnecessary physical altercations, it puts every single customer at risk. I've never been in an establishment where a patient, well behaved, paying customer wasn't welcome. I'll take my money elsewhere from here on out! They apparently don't want paying customers anyway. Oh and it was Mother's Day! So that's how they treat mother's who want to enjoy their special day with drinks. Service rocked, but the CO2 didn't get turned on for the soda fountain, which just ended up being super effing gross for everyone. We brought it to the guy's attention like "hey... not to be a drag, but this is kinda gross..." and he didn't know how to fix it. It's not like a real bar though, so your expectations have to be kept at a minimum. The upside: bought a whole round of drinks for my table of a dozen and it cost less than $20! I think it was happy hour but still... if the soda isn't super gross next time, I'll be back. read more

My family and friends were at this place for a car show which we attend alot of them. This year we decided to show our support in town. We were very upset about the service at the bar. The older lady id us after we were served and threaten to take our drinks away. She was totally drunk. very disappointed she made it seem like it was our fault. My review is for the out of town bar hopper. I recommend this bar if you want to be around bikers, ranchers and the common working man drinking his beer after work. Good atmosphere and company. People who are the regulars here seem very nice and will talk with you if you spark up a conversation with them. I recommend this bar! read more

Definitely a bar for the locals. Great set up, big and roomy, good cold, cheap beer. Unfortunately both times we went in it was pretty dead, 3pm on a Tuesday after a day of hiking around in 95 degrees/humid and later that same night 11pmish following the Bull Riding Championships at the Frontier Days. I understand Cheyenne probably rolls up the sidewalks early especially on a Tuesday nite but this was the week of the their Cheyenne Frontier Days. Not expecting Mardi Gras type crowds but you would think some signs of life. I'm guessing during this week the townsfolk are either hanging out also at the Rodeo or go into hiding to avoid the tourist. read more

What a great place. My husband and I decided to elope on a fluke. From the Eagle's Nest phone he called the local Laramie County Justice of Peace. I got ready for our run-away wedding in the bathroom while complete strangers fussed over me and helped me get ready. These girls were pulling out there own cans of hairspray. After our Court House wedding (where our waitress from breakfast was a witness) we returned to the Eagle's Nest for a post wedding celebration. Mom, the bar's owner, even handed out some drink tokens to our "guest." the whole day and night was spectacular and fun. I will remember this place for the rest of my life. For all who knew us (David and Glenda Rolle) David died a couple of years ago due to complications during heart surgery. R.I.P. David! I have NEVER been treated so rudely in any establishment in my life. I was in that bar to practice a couple of games of pool before my tournament at the Radisson. My husband was just sitting at the table by the pool table where I was practicing some pool drills when the bar tender told us they did not like our kind and to stop rolling our eyes at them and to get the f---- out. I was appalled. For one thing we were too far away from the bar for them to see anyone roll their eyes. Secondly my husband was rolling his eyes at me cuz I was shooting so bad. Thirdly what does that mean not their kind? He was born in Wyoming. I am going to tell everyone I know how horrible we were treated including all the people that play in that tournament every year. Neither one of us had any alcoholic beverages before or during that time. We were minding our own business. I also plan on contacting the chamber of congress for the city of Cheyenne so they know how rude their city is. read more
