Very bad service ran out of ice-cream yesterday and I came back today and I wanted extra oreos in my ice cream even tho I ordered it

Terrible service. Sat there for 7 minutes after pressing the order button. Never could place order even though they did not seem too busy. Finally left and went to pizza king for sandwiches which are much better than sonic. Beware and avoid this place like the plague! read more

Always a great deal and sweet treats. We were driving through and wanted a cold drink. Ordered our kids slushes (peach and mango) and I ordered a peach tea and all were wonderful. Fast and very friendly service. read more

Seen a post on facebook that was posted 5 minutes ago by a friend of mine who had bought a drink from the chatsworth sonic location and there was a small bug inside the top of her drink that's absolutely sickening and when I visited the last two times it's been such horribly prepared food half of it was ice cold immediately brought to me and the other half was so greasy you couldn't eat it extremely disappointing because I used to love sonic read more

Absolute worst location I've EVER been to in multiple states. Screens never work, slow to take orders when screens do actually work. And who schedules senior citizens to work during summer daylight hours? Sadly most GA locations I've been to are poor but this location takes the cake. read more

Quite possibly the absolute worst Sonic location on the planet. Huge wait times are often ended by an employee telling you they don't have ice cream. It's the Sonic, why is this location regularly out of ice cream? I've experienced this scenario multiple times over the last six months. Why do I keep going back? I ate here recently and they gave me food poisoning. it made me extremely sick and the food wasn't even cooked right. On other occasions recently prior to that, they could not get the order right and after multiple attempts to try and get all of the things that we ordered ( nothing modified ) we gave up and ended up paying for things we didn't get because the staff just wanted to play on their phones read more

I've visited this Sonic location Chatsworth ga for over a year, the bathroom is ALWAYS out of service. It is displayed as a customer public bathroom. I've seen employees go in there obviously to use the bathroom. But their is always a sign on the door bathroom closed. This is beyond inconvenient! Every other fast food restaurant offers open bathrooms. This is a deterrent. read more

Great selection of drinks. Family oriented, great for kids. Food is delicious. I recommend.

I love my sonic! There Route 44 drinks are Devine! The size and there unbeatable ice last me for 4 hours when I'm dashing and if I pour it over in my Tumbler it last even longer! They are the sweetest people and I just love all there food and drink and treat selection! read more

I don't think anyone even works there. Waited twenty minutes and they turned off the red button I had pushed to place my order.

The Good: The food quality and the menu selections available. The Bad: The wait-staff. Ordering is a problem with the staff not comprehending even their own menu nor the options available (such as being confused by the option of either mustard or mayonaisse for a burger). The Worst: When the wait-staff brings your food. First, they orbit around before actually discovering where you are, which is usually 5 feet away from their door in the drive-thru. Then if you don't give the exact amount, they'll start to leave without giving you any change. I don't mind giving a tip, but I do mind if the wait-staff decides to deduct the tip themselves. And you might want to keep in mind that the service is so slow and poor that they often haven't earned a tip. Oh, one last thing, they never give drink-holders. You can ask for one, but even so, you'll only get it about half the time. Napkins? Don't even ask. The food is good, but the service is so poor that I don't want to recommend this place. However if you're VERY patient and can deal with wait-staff trying to steal all of your change, then go ahead and visit. read more

Sonic should get more credit than the stars have honestly on this site. I will say this Sonics food is definitely not the best I wish they would upgrade that some but the milkshakes and slushees and coffee they have is AMAZEBALLS! The only food here I recommend and like is definitely the breakfast the French toast sticks are exactly why I want breakfast in the morning. I hope sonic stays forever because it's my go to drink stop! read more

I do not rate fast food restaurant but I will this one this place is awful the coney dog taste like rubber and is cold and when you order tater tots you only get 12 lol I have try it 5 times same thing every time now if you won't a coke are shake you are at the right place I will never go back read more

It took the young girl at least 5 extra minutes to take our order she kept messing it up. We ordered a sundae and was not asked what kind so they brought a sundae cup with just ice cream. They refused to sell us or give us some hot fudge. Plain ice cream isn't a sundae!! read more

my husband went to sonic last night to get us four of the soft pretzels. he was told they were out of the cheese that should of been part of his order. my complaint is we were still charged almost eight dollars for the pretzels without the cheese. the price was $1.99 each. we should of not had to pay full price without getting the cheese. we eat at sit down restaurants and pay that amount with sauces. the pretzels were delicous but the price was a rip off. read more
