We ordered 2 drinks and it took 25 minutes to get. I'm guessing that they are understaffed but that's ridiculous for 2 drinks.

I want to start out by saying that I'm never a person to complain. But my Elderly Brother (who's a 100 % disabled veteran) went through your drive thru & had window attendant spill a milk shake all over him & the interior of he's car. They basically handed him some napkins & sent him on he's way without even apologizing or refilling he's order. As a younger brother, I took it upon myself to resolve this matter & call the location of Store - Admiral & 193rd store location Catoosa OK & left numerous messages for some to call me back. with that being said, I final called the cooperate office gave them all my information 4 separate times, along with my email address. they always act concerned but I never heard back from anyone or an email from anyone, (Store location or Corporate Office). I'm disappointed in the way companies are allowed to operate. Since this happened, I've had my brother's car detailed & cleaned due to milkshake spilt all over him, dashboard & center console of he's vehicle at a cost of $ 110.00. very expensive milkshake if you ask me. lesson learned, moving on & will never spend another penny at this location again. In Oklahoma, or anywhere really, it's hard to beat Sonic!! When I frequent this location, it's usually to pick up an ordered ahead meal via the Sonic app. My last trip, that prompted this review was no different. I got in line as we all do and told the person on the other end of the microphone I was here to pick up an order for Ray. They were very friendly in how they said I pull to the window. After waiting for a couple cars ahead of me to get their orders I was greeted with a friendly and smiling face and handed my drinks. It was a very simple interaction but a friendly, quick and CORRECT one. I got exactly what I ordered and was on my way. I don't think they deserve one star. I took my granddaughter to get a mix Tuesday last week. we paid and after sitting for a while was told they couldn't get the ICECREAM machine to work. I was told my money would be refunded. said it takes up to 3-4 days. All I can say is wow. This sandwich was so over cooked, that I could have chiseled a brick with it. Not only that, this was supposed to be a crispy chicken sandwich, but it was a slinger, or whatever the heck this is. We also sat at the stall for well over 5 minutes waiting to order just to be told it is drive thru only. The all around experience was not good. Seems like most Oklahoma Sonic locations are slow, but this one is at the top of the slow list. Last night my husband ordered 2 footlong chili cheese coneys and a MINI coconut cream pie shake. It took over 10 minutes, and when we got the coneys it looked like they'd just throw everything into the box at once (pretty messy inside the wrappers). My shake came out a medium; my husband asked if that was the mini size and the carhop rudely said "NO". We said we'd ordered a mini and the carhop replied with "Oh, did you get a guy on the speaker? He's new." We checked the receipt, and we'd been charged for a medium so we took it since the credit card had already been charged - didn't want to deal with trying to get a refund, etc. I can't eat a shake bigger than a small kid's cup size, so least i'll get to spread it out over a few days. Overall, our order was basically wrong, the service was slow and kind of rude, and our hot dogs tasted weird. Mine tasted like it'd been in a smoker, just kind of burnt and dried up. Didn't bring it up to management, just left it alone. Probably won't be back to this location. OH, forgot to mention not only did I get upcharged for the wrong size shake, but they started charging extra for any flavor other than vanilla, chocolate, strawberry, and banana. So my coconut cream pie shake was charged 50 cents more than the price on the menu board for a medium shake. If that notice is on the menu it's really small b/c I didn't see it. I read online the add-ons are 10 cents each, so I guess I was charged 10 cents for coconut flavor, graham cracker crumbs, shredded coconut, whipped cream??, and the cherry on top?? The last 2 are guesses b/c I don't think there are 5 extra ingredients in a cream pie shake to warrant the 50 cent add on. read more

Probably the only sonic in the country that will have to shut down bc of poor customer service. The wait was n the drive thru has been over 15 minutes the last 4 times we've been. 3 of those times something was wrong with our order. The last time we went, there was a mix up with the order in front of us. We sat there 30 min. People pulled out of line. By the time it hit anyone inside they should do something (ie ask that customer to pull forward or bring stuff outside for people in line it was over 20 min later and they brought out food for people who Gave up. We reached the window after 30 min of waiting and waited another 10 for 2 burger, 2 tots, and 2 drinks. How is this even possible? I can understand if you had some massive mix up that caused an order before us to take a while, but the line hadn't moved in 30 min. We placed our order 30 min prior. To not have it ready to go is poor customer service at the highest level. Get a mgr who can multi task. We used to stop there every Thursday on the way to small group. We decided we can't afford to anymore. It makes us late every time. read more
