The locals are okay it seems accepting mediocre food and service in this city. This if the second time I went through the drive through to order and got empty shells of what I expected. Last time it was mozzarella sticks with no mozzarella. This time it was cheddar poppers with either no cheddar or no popper. The oil must be too high because they are frying the middle out of the food. It would be nice to eat what I paid for. read more

Ordered a good amount of food and it came out in less than 10 minites which was surprisingly fast. Got home super excited to have our oreo and brownie shake, turns out the oreo shake had hardly any oreo bites in it and a very liquid consistency, the brownie bark shake was just watered down milk , whipped cream and chocolate chips. Came here for lunch. It was a little busy so there was a small wait. Tho the food came out at a reasonable time. The outside looked clean & not crowded by trash. Everything was correct, hot, fresh. The food was lukewarm but It was good, I thank this restaurant because the other restaurant I went to was horrible in the food section so sonic came right in because I didn't know what to eat also, the staff there was really nice and really patient. This particular sonic is lacking. The grilled cheese is terrible like they use no butter at all. The cheese sticks are always hard as a rock. It's just not good. They should take lessons from other sonic restaurants. My opinion is they are the worst. read more

BEWARE TODAY AT 10:30 PM . A server here is a young boy with glasses that took 40 dollars in cash. When he said the card was declined. Went to Sonic tonight and the service was amazing! I was greeted at the speaker with a warm voice. When I got to the window the attendant made sure to read back my order and offer any condiments while I waited on my food. The food came out hot and fresh and I could not have enjoyed it more! We stopped here for the first time to try the limeade and garlic butter burgers. Service was good, people friendly, reasonable time to get order. The burgers are fairly good. The limeade is awesome! I called and spoke with Austin who informed me to come back at anytime, give his name and be given a remade order. If I could give this place a 0 stars I would. I have not gone to this location in sometime and the first time I did I had instant regret. We ordered three different drinks and on my fiancé's drink he had a dirty lid. The employee who was cleaning off the drinks didn't even catch it before handing it to us. Initially we thought it was on the outside, but upon wiping it we discovered it was on the inside. Either another drink spilled on it or some type of ice cream syrup. When we got home I transferred my drink, strawberry limeade, into another cup. A little bit into enjoying my drink my son started to pick the ice from my cup to eat. He pulled something out of his mouth and said yuck. It looked liked remnants of a bug. If I never poured my drink into another cup I probably would have swallowed the big without noticing. I called the establishment to complain and they apologized and said they would look into their machines and clean them. If you are craving a good drink, drive past Sonic to one of the other fast food spots. Needless to say we threw away all three drinks. Very poor service and management. Forgot one of our burgers, forgot ketchup and 3 of their machines were not working.

My husband and I have been to Sonic Drive-In numerous times in the past several years. But lately there is NO SERVICE. We were at the park and order last week September 22 at 1pm and waited 25 minutes after we pushed their RED BUTTON to order, no one came or even keyed the Mike to take our order, we left. Today September 28th, at 10:45am, we thought we would give Sonic a second chance, same thing. Parked, pushed their RED BUTTON to order and after 30 minutes and no one took our order, we left. Pulled up on our long drive home to California, pressed the red button and waited... and waited some more... than 25 minutes passed and I had to use the bathroom with the kids. Over the last several months we have had Sonic 3 times and unfortunately each time it has been awful. Food is cold every time! Fries are cold and old tasting. So disappointing, this had been one of our favorite places to eat over the years but has just been a complete dissappiointment. I am not sure if it is management change or employee turnover? Recently moved out here and I'm not even exaggerating when I say every single time we have gone to this location, they mess up our order and we have been there at least 6 times I can count. One time we called about our order so they said they would remake it for us. We went back for it and it was even more messed up than the original burger we had ordered.. how do you mess up that bad?? Pulled up, no trash around the property so that's good to notice (6-7pm Sunday). Parked car, ate outside on the bench. Noticed trash cans weren't overloaded with trash so that's a plus. Quality of food is a different story. Keep your order at any Sonic simple with hotdogs or ice cream and you'll have a decent drive-in experience. read more
