Horrible customer service. Took a very long time to take our order. Every time we would order something she would say that she cannot hear us. However, she sounded like she was talking underwater. We pushed the button to ask a question and no one ever responded. The young lady that bought our food out, had a very mean look on her face and did not speak to us at all she just handed us our food and walked away. No thank you or anything. She looked annoyed like she did not want to be at work. We went out of our way to come here because there is not a Sonic near us. We typically enjoy our food but today it was mediocre at best. This is of course a very subjective review and it's a fast food joint so take it with a grain of salt. If you like Sonic food then this is a good place, if you don't know Sonic food then picture a concession stand at a football game, but definitely better tasting. As far as this location I am giving them a 5 star review based on the employees. The food is ok, nothing negative to say. I come here probably once a week or so because it's close to my house and it's convenient for when I'm out and about. Most importantly the staff (I've only met the staff that comes to your car) are always smiling, pleasant and professional. My order is always hot, timely, and professionally delivered to me. I have probably been here 40 to 50 times and the staff is constantly great. I'll keep coming back for that alone as long as the food doesn't go completely downhill. Kudos to the management for hiring and keeping good staff and running a good shop! (And please tip your carhops, folks, they run all day!) read more

Food was good, ambiance was meh and the service was meh too, but the server that gave us our food was kind. The person on the speakerphone sounded irritated. We went here for a quick snack, thinking it would only take 5 minutes before watching a volleyball game and it ended up costing us an extra 15-20 minutes which made us late. Takes too long but the food is pretty good. They did miss the cheese sauce that comes with the pretzels, which was sad. Those tater tots were absolutely DELICIOUS though! read more

Ordered my food, then some little girl stopped listening after she asked "anything else?". i told her yes and tried to continue but she said "okay your total is..." and i tried to stop her, and kept trying to get her attention. even pressed the button a second time. finally came back with my original order and completed it. the food that came was wrong as well. i asked for a chili dog with "only mustard and onions with the chili", and theres still this weird yellow paste that tastes nothing like the mustard (which according to the recipient was on there as well with the yellow paste). plus the milkshake they ordered. it was a peanut butter milkshake, like on the app and website says it has PEANUT BUTTER in the PEANUT BUTTER MILKSHAKE. add bananas and chocolate syrup. theres an option on the app and website to ADD BANANAS to it, not a sauce or a paste or syrup. so instead they received a chocolate milkshake with peanut butter syrup and banana syrup. so unless the store was out and failed to tell me, lied to my damn face or was too lazy to do their job. thanks as well for giving me cold sides read more

I am so upset I don't know what to do. I ordered a foot long chili dog and they gave me a foot long Weiner on a regular bun and charged me for a foot long hot dog. I totally am pissed off to the maximum. I did not look at my order til I got home and I tried to call back, but there is no way you can call and speak to a manager. After seeing all the negative reviews, I've deciding to try Sonic. I'm new to the state and area and never had Sonic but always craved it due to their commercials lol. I will have to say their customer service was great! I am very picky when it comes to customer interaction and employees and they did a really great job. It was a busy day and we got our order in less than 10 min. Food was hot, good tasting and their slushies are amazing! I will definitely be coming back to try different things on their menu. I'm pretty certain I'm done with trying this location, which is a shame because it's less than five minutes from my house. But, I've had consistent issues here. The final straw was tonight. I went to pick up some dessert for my wife. I pulled up to a stall and pressed the button to order. The confirmation came up on the screen, so I know the button worked, but after over 10 minutes of waiting with no sign of response, I just gave up and left. Normally, a wait isn't a big deal, but this was around 10pm, and there were only about 6 or 7 other cars there. Other issues have consistently presented as mediocre quality food, lukewarm burgers, and orders filled wrong. My kids love Sonic. We purchased several items and I paid with my debit card. There was a dime in my tots box when they brought them out. I didn't realize it until after I had eaten a few of them. I requested for the manager and I asked her how did this happen. She said she wasn't sure and she bought me some more tots and 2 coupons for frozen lime drinks. It was a very disgusting and disappointing moment, especially with Covid-19 going on. Whomever did it should have at least had the decency to take the bag and thoroughly check it and replace any touched item if they accidentally dropped something in the bag. They never put napkins in the bags. Having worked at sonic for many years I know that they're supposed to be pre making bags with at least two napkins and a mint. Good luck actually getting your boneless wings with a fork. If you hand them a $100, instead of just taking your hundred inside to verify and give change (was not late st night this happened mid day) then your server will try to negotiate and ask if you have something smaller. If I had something smaller I wouldn't have given you my hundred. So unprofessional. They sit in there talking and look at you. They hire idiots here. read more

Worst experience....in for brownie and cookie dough madness and received nothing but madness. One item equals ten minutes at this establishment and that is for it to come out wrong, and then to be lied to about it. The carhop looks at the receipt and states ohh I read it wrong it is what you ordered. Now it doesn't take much to know that a shake with cookie dough on top and the abbreviation on a receipt that says ccc means chocolate chip cookie dough and nothing to do with brownie. Then I ask what appears to be the 16 year old to see the manager and he states he is. I was a little shocked although I shouldn't of been, I then said after waiting ten minutes. Can we at least make it right. So he does he gives us a free shake, so I up the rating to 2 but remember I ordered a small because my daughter is 8, if I wanted her consuming a large I would have ordered a large.
