Stopped along our route since we don't have sonic where we live and man the disappointment. My husband ordered a smasher burger and cheddar peppers and I ordered a breakfast burrito and tater tots. My husbands burger was fresh but made very sloppy and his cheddar peppers were also fresh. My burrito had almost no bacon, the cheese wasn't melted, veggies were super cold which made the eggs and tots cold as well. Tatertots tasted like they had been sitting for a while. The carhop was also the one who took our order and she was amazing!! Kudos to her!! As a former manager at a Sonic, I would not have sent out the food that was delivered. read more

We hadn't stopped at Sonic for a few years. Got a craving for a chili dog so we pulled in and ordered. I asked for two waters and saw two bottled waters at $1.49 roll up on the bill. I said, don't you just have ice and tap water? No, they said. (Weird! Every other fast food place gives ice and water away to patrons.) When our order came out, the server said our card didn't go through and took our card back inside to run it through again. As this was going on, my wife checked our card's app and saw the Sonic charge on the account. Strange. We went inside and got our card back. Little explanation was offered for the attempt to charge twice. We finished our meals and decided we won't be stopping here again in future. read more

I have a lot of memories going back to my childhood with my dad and I've eaten at various Sonic's throughout their footprint and yeah they are all the same, but I really like them. So sue me. I've had the burgers, the chicken sandwiches and all that but for me I always crave the footlong Coney with chili and cheese and the tater tots. YES you get the cherry limeade to go with that. The product was good and on par with all the other Sonic's I've eaten at before. Plus you are in that dead zone between Des Moines and Kansas City with limited options, but its still good food. It came out quickly and was tasty. From ordering to receiving on a busy afternoon was maybe seven minutes. Plus the carhop was nice. Two forks up. read more

I had a very good experience with this Subway. They messed up our order but they took good care of us. I was very impressed.

The only reason I gave a star is because I can't leave no stars but this is not a good place to spend your money. I waited well over 20-25 minutes for my meal. They rushed to take my order but took their time serving it. Then I got spoiled sour bbq sauce packets and then had to have them to replace my sandwich cause it was messed up. This took another 20 something minutes by this time I just asked for my money back. I gave the food back and it took another 20 something minutes to get the refund. The employees thought the situation was funny . My family literally watched them through their window laughing and mocking us after we filed our complaint. One of the worst experiences we've ever had. I'm so disappointed because we spend so much money with sonic. Don't recommend. read more

if I could give negative stars, I would. It all started with sitting in the drive-in for 15 minutes without anyone taking our order. we lost our patients and decided to use the drive-thru. When we got our order, we were severely disappointed - my chicken strips looked, and tasted like they sat at the fry station long before I even showed up to the place. My wife's chicken in her sandwich was the same way - could've passed for yesterday's leftovers. I literally only got one, half dollar sized onion ring with my basket and the tots were pretty wack. My wife's fries were cold, and plain. This was our first time at Sonics, and we were pretty excited to see what the hype was about the place. But sadly, this is also our last time there. read more

I only ordered a large cup of ice, a medium mango slush and a large strawberry limeade, extra strawberry in the app. I'm currently stranded in this town waiting for car repairs to be done. I waited for my order which should have been ready I get back to hotel 5 minutes walk away then I finally took my strawberry limeade out of the carrier I took a sip immediately it was not very cold. Took lid off not any ice at all. I called told them and was told they could give me a coupon for free drink. I generally don't even go to fast food places I said I'd come get my drink remade , I'm not gonna use a coupon when I'm not from here they were wrong and remake my drink and I should get my drink remade and maybe a appetizer I was offered ice cream cone which I can't have. Not like I was asking for a large side or other item . She said her general manager would contact me. Really ? It's been hours and I'd still have to walk the half mile there and still no response. I know it was the commercials that prompted me to stop here. Hotdog was decent, but dripping with condiments. There is such a thing as too much pickle relish! I hate when the buns are same hot temperature as what is inside because they get gummy and don't taste freshly made. Onion rings were literally hard! Not fresh? Not sure if that is how they are supposed to be. Frozen lemonade tastes fake. (Or maybe it is just the electric yellow color?) Mini-REESES ice cream thing had such a tiny bit of Reese's in it I was so disappointed! As on all long road trips one stop for food and facilities is the hope, but don't try to go inside or look for restroom! Never been to a SONIC before, and doubt I ever will again. While I am a huge fan of Sonic burger, their ad's and blasts, this location had all that but was lacking in service. The person who brought the food to us was clearly just there to drop off our food only and did not offer to bring us anything else like more napkins nor make sure our meal was complete. Even after a tip for delivering our food, she did not say anything, not even a thank you. So while the food was solid and it was my friend's first time partaking in such wonderfulness, I made sure to reassure her that this individuals service was not the Sonic I have grown to love. read more
