During that time, my coffee never came, and no one checked on our table. When the food finally arrived, my order was wrong. I received toast instead of biscuits and bacon instead of sausage. Lauren apologized and said she would bring the correct items, but they didn't arrive until we had already finished eating. To make matters worse, when I asked to speak with the manager, no manager could be found. I understand that restaurants can get busy, and I'm usually very patient. What was most frustrating wasn't just the wait, but the lack of communication, urgency, and basic customer service throughout the meal.
