Lets start by removing my 1 star rating and give this store a negative rating. Also, lets include Sonic corp since I have reached out 5 times with no contact made to me. This store says they never have coins. I paid last sunday for a bill that was $8.10 thru the drive thru. The young kid at the window gave me $11 change. I asked where my $.90 was and he I am told they have no coins. This is a you problem, not my problem. Im not donating $.90, so thats theft in my eyes. Yes, its not much. But if this store keeps $.50 from 500 cars in a drive thru a day, that basically pays for most of the labor cost for the day. I had their smashburger, and it was as I had remembered their burgers to be, messy and good. I do not tolerate their tots; the oil is so overbearing, I can handle two or three, and the rest I'll throw away. For the drink, I was going to get one of their new refreshers. When I ordered, the gentleman mentioned their refreshers have soda in them. I'm happy he warned me ahead of time. I don't drink sodas, and I would have thrown it away, had I not known. The person took our order was Anthonie we ordered food and a drink a Vanilla Coke and it was completely flat and tasted like soda syrup we had to drive back and decided to go into the drive through to get it resolved and when we asked if they could replace the coke and put a new bag he turned around and handed us another flat Vanilla Coke and didn't even replace the coke so we left annoyed and threw the drink out waste of time. so I ordered my food in the morning and I get home. the burger had old beef patties that tasted dry and like it was sitting around for a few hours. I call and ask to remake the burger (not the whole order) and the manager Lilly comes outside with an attitude even though I was being polite saying yes ma'm thank you! I get home and the burger is missing a few things that I asked for and it's wet and soggy. I think they made the burger messed up again on purpose this time. this place needs shut down because every time I go to this location there is an issue and they are very rude, unprofessional and unorganized. i will not go back to this sonic ever again. We placed an order through the app for two drinks and sat at the stall for 15 min after checking in. Finally pushed the button and was instantly told to hop in the drive thru lane before we could even speak. Once we got to the speaker we told the girl we placed an order and checked in, waited a while and then was told to get in line. She then apologized and told us to pull to the front of the line where she met us with our "drinks". As I took the cups from her I knew they felt a little lighter than usual but never suspected this. We were down the road before I decided to actually look and I just had to laugh. This was supposed to be a Dr. pepper with sweet cream and vanilla. I've been coming to this Sonic for years, ( Only because it is right down the street from my house, and the only closest fast food restaurant.) and every time, I swear, without fail, they mess up my order. Including even tonight when I had to go and pick up food for everyone in my house. It was a complete mess and my whole order was wrong. You would think over the past 10 years i've lived near this Sonic, and with all the time they've had to change staff over the years, it would have improved, but it hasn't. What's the point in ordering on the app if I'm going to have to wait an additional 15 mins after my pick up time?? Orders are constantly wrong or stuff is just forgotten altogether. Ordered one of the pretzels and got no cheese sauce that it says it comes with. No straw for my drink and the outside of the cup is already wet and sticky from them over filling the cup. The food is decent. They often get orders wrong especially drinks. I always get a Unsweetened peach tea but it's usually too overbearingly sweet to drink. On top of that their service is incredibly slow and I'm unsure if it's understaffed or not, regardless I don't think I'll be coming here anymore before work since it usually makes me late. read more
