Yoga is £7 per session or £24 for a block of four classes. Choose from Kundalini, Vajrasati or 'inspiring yoga'. They also run Pilates and Chi Kung classes. There are numerous treatments on offer, including Acupuncture, Massage, Reiki, Reflexology, Osteopathy and more. Homeopathy, aromatherapy and counselling are also available. What's especially good about the Holistic Health Clinic is that they offer some treatments at reduced prices, but these appointments are limited. For example, you can book an Acupuncture session for as little as £15, available all day Wednesdays and Friday mornings. Gethyn Williams does the Wednesday sessions and comes highly recommended! This is a really calming, peaceful alternative to yoga at the gym and you may well find you learn something interesting while you're there.

It most definitely is not to everyone's taste, but it's my house mate's favourite shop and if you're a great lover of angels, fairies, unicorns and the like then it'll probably end up being yours too. While I can appreciate how lovely it is that a place like this exists, most things they sell really aren't to my taste. For some reason though, I really enjoy going in here. It seems to have an instant calming effect on me it smells gorgeous and they have that tinkly, meditative music playing constantly. Lots of the things in here are very pretty particularly these little cream and pastel-coloured hanging angels that come in a lovely little blue boxes to which you can attach a personal message. This is a great place for crystals too particularly polished agate slices in rainbow mixes of lovely, deep colours. It's also a good place to pick up leaflets and business cards from local people offering therapy, counselling and spiritual services.

Well, I've been in several new-age type shops and I must say I wasn't very impressed with this one…read more The selection of stones was very limited, and of low quality - those smoothed-down-into-heart-shaped pieces of rose quartz, for example. And the case was sitting right beside a container of mood rings and copper bracelets...It just seemed a bit tacky. Decorative figurines were on display in the window and throughout the shop - mostly fairies, but some were unicorns and tiny bears...Not sure what the connection is there. I noticed a small collection of books and tarot cards, but nothing too eye catching. In summary - low quality for cheap prices.
