The only treatments I've bought from here are their ear cones they're like tall, thin, hollow wax candles that you place inside your ear and set alight. As they burn, they create a soft current that draws wax and all manner of nasty things out of your ear, while clearing your sinuses. You can buy the candles here to do yourself at home (which I wouldn't recommend unless you know exactly what you're doing), or for just an extra £2-3, they'll do the candles for you in one of their little rooms at the back. Sounds a little bit weird, but it's actually a very pleasurable experience you'll feel rather lightheaded afterwards and it's a great way of releasing pressure and tension in your sinuses.

What's especially good about the Holistic Health Clinic is that they offer some treatments at reduced prices, but these appointments are limited. For example, you can book an Acupuncture session for as little as £15, available all day Wednesdays and Friday mornings. Gethyn Williams does the Wednesday sessions and comes highly recommended! This is a really calming, peaceful alternative to yoga at the gym and you may well find you learn something interesting while you're there.
