I know there are a ton of pediatricians in this area but I just wanted to let everyone know how amazing our sons pediatrician is. She is so hands on, loving, caring, rational, calm, and most importantly intelligent. Our son has been having a couple of issues and she is always there for us. I even called her on a Friday night at 8:00 PM crying and she calmed me down and told me exactly what was wrong with me baby. She always makes time for me and never seems rushed. When we were referred to a specialist for a specific issue, a few days after our specialist appointment, he contacted me to follow up on the report he received from them and to make sure we were lined up with the appropriate subsequent appointments as needed. The office also has an online portal where I receive a response under 24 hours depending on when I send a message. Plenty of parking in their lot. There is a fish tank, toys and books. They have stickers and candy at the front. But if you also want to go the healthy route, they even offered my daughter an apple that was already washed and ready to go :) I do have to note, we started going to PWG earlier in 2016. My daughter was turning 3 at the time. If your child has a previous pediatrician, they will require those records from them prior to making your first appointment. At least, that's what the requirement was in mid 2016. That way the doctors have a complete history for your kiddo in their system going forward. Just something to consider. Thanks PWG!

She visited us in the hospital after birth, came to our home to examine our newborns, and has always been incredibly responsive by email and text, no matter the time, including nights and weekends. What sets Dr. Miller apart is the time and care she gives each family. She has always carefully listened to me, and as my children got older, to them as well. Every appointment feels thorough and unhurried, often lasting more than an hour, with close attention not only to every aspect of health and wellness but also to parent education. She was the one who taught us how to swaddle and baby-wear during our first post-hospital visit, which meant so much to us as new parents. Her entire team, including Eric, Maria, and Dina, makes every visit feel warm, calm, and welcoming. They are always full of smiles, patient, and reassuring, especially when my children are shy or nervous. Burgess is truly the very best in pediatric healthcare.
