I've had a few different ladies conduct the service over the course of several appts so I'm always specific with what I want in case they don't record it in my notes. I find the laser machine they use doesn't hurt at all--basically some tingling that only lasts while the laser is on and over the hair. Sometimes they really go to town and go over the area a couple times and other times the technicians do a quick sweep. Not sure how that impacts the results long term but only time will tell. Overall this is a cute little gem of a Med spa in an unsuspecting office building and I'd recommend.

Every appointment I was waiting 15 to 30 minute. The first appointment I received a text say they would see me in 1/2 hour. When I got there I had to reschedule. They could not see me and I had to come back the day. For the expense, the terrible experience was not worth the time or effort. If the promises had been fulfilled, I would have been happy to continue. The service was less than it should have been.

Dr Meiri identified a couple pre-cancerous spots on my nose and another suspicious red spot on my back. Both required a return for treatment after insurance pre-approval. I asked for my after visit report (they don't offer it as a matter of course but you can get one if you ask). On it, she indicated seeing five other things that she never mentioned to me, but the report said that she had discussed them. There was a whole list of things under "Patient Q&A" of which we only went through about half of them. When I returned for treatment, Dr Meiri and the two assistants were in an awful rush. I forgot to request an after visit report for that, but I'll bet it too mentions a lot of things that did not actually happen. I'll probably return to this practice despite the dishonesty because the other guys are even worse.
