During the haircut, I explained that I wanted my long layers to start higher. Midway through the service, the stylist stepped away to attend to another client. When she returned, she quickly finished the cut without checking back in on the layering or confirming how I wanted it styled. There was no offer to curl or style my hair at the end of the appointment. I left feeling disappointed because I expected to walk out with a finished look, not have to go home and do the styling myself. Overall, the experience felt rushed and inattentive, which did not meet my expectations for a professional appointment.

Very professional and truly seem to care about their customers. They go the extra mile to be sure you are completely satisfied. I really appreciated that. They also have the best prices of any salon I've ever been to. This might sound silly but this salon reminded me of small town salons like you see in movies (for example, Steel Magnolias). There are spills all over the walls and hair everywhere. Each stylist has their area which some maintain better than others and Lyndi's area is well maintained. She combed and brushed it making sure there were no tangles, and then she even offered to shampoo and condition it, and then blow dry it afterwards. She then straightened it like I asked. Instead, I had a patch of bright yellow bleached hair, bright orange stripes, and no highlights on the back of my head. I had my hair done on the 31st at 5pm and left her salon at 7pm. I saw how my hair looked in my car and freaked out. I called her immediately asking for refund. On the phone, she said she will give me a refund because I didn't trust her to fix my hair again. Then, she texts me within few minutes saying she won't give me a refund because I'm not letting her fix my hair. They way she damaged my hair, I will NOT let you fix my hair. She blocked my number, so I called her with a different number to try and get a refund. She hung up and still doesn't want to give me a refund. Since I left her appointment at 7pm, I went to a different Professional hairstylist to fix the damage. It took 9pm to 12am for the different hairstylist to fix. The professional hairstylist gave me her professional advice that this lady DOES NOT KNOW ANYTHING ABOUT HAIR. As a business owner, you did not properly complete your service. My hair was completely BOTCHED. If you want to be a hair stylist, take action for your mistakes. No customer should be treated this way.
