The leasing agent works on site so it is so convenient if you have a problem. He is extremely kind and very easy to work with. The maintenance man is so fast to fix whatever needs fixing. This is a really great little community center. They hold all kinds of events here in the…read moregymnasium. It was built in 1912 which makes it rather unsuitable for kids any more, but it works just fine for random events. It also has a pretty nice basketball court that they will let you use for your intramural games, or whatnot. There is an outdoor court that is OK, but in need of a little love. Overall this is a pretty historic building for the area. 1912 isn't that old for our country, but for Oregon, it is certainly getting up there.
