Going to Something Blue was the absolute best experience! We did the VIP appointment which was so worth it to be able to have the store to ourselves and have some champagne and snacks while not worrying about being in the way of anyone else. Their selection of dresses was amazing, and they have a wide variety within a reasonable price range. Alyssa was amazing and helped me find my perfect dress. Would highly recommend checking them out!! read more

The shop owner is extremely unprofessional, rude, impatient, argumentative, and accusatory. I would never recommend ANYONE to this lame bridal shop. As far as the store itself. The selection wasn't even that great compared to other boutiques. The shop set up is crammed and dresses aren't categorized at all. I've seen better. Between the extremely rude shop owner Lisette, the lack of organization, and the prices for the gowns, this place is not worth it. Run for the hills ladies. I can go into wayyyy more details if I need to if my review gets deleted by this scamming owner. read more

I wish I had read the reviews before shopping here. I was so excited to finally have my "yes to the dress" moment, which is why I'm incredibly disappointed with how my experience with Something Blue ended. I purchased an Eddy K Bailey gown, size 12, for $1,500. After my purchase, I discovered that an Eddy K Bailey in the same size was listed on the store's website as a sample-sale gown for $1,035. I contacted the store simply asking for clarification regarding the $465 price difference. Communication was also frustrating. I sent three emails before receiving a response, and there was no readily available phone number for me to call. I have copies of all of my correspondence. I was told that the gown I purchased was a "ready to wear" gown rather than the sample gown listed online. My gown was then sent out for dry cleaning. When I returned to pick it up after cleaning, I personally observed two stains still remaining. This raised additional questions for me. I asked why a gown that I understood to be "brand new off the rack" needed to be dry-cleaned, why stains remained afterward, and whether I could see the other Eddy K Bailey size 12 sample gown so I could understand the difference between the two. I also requested a meeting with my fiancé so that we could discuss my concerns in person. Before I received a written response addressing those questions and concerns, my purchase had already been refunded. I then received an email informing me that the store was refusing further service. In the store's written response, they acknowledged that the gown had been tried on and stated that they provided dry cleaning "to get out most of the stains that were on the gown." They also stated that minor stains could be present and referenced the $900 discount. However, in the same response, the gown was described as being in "perfect condition." I did receive my refund, and I respect a business's right to decide not to continue a transaction. What disappointed me was that reasonable questions about the condition, cleaning, classification, and pricing of a $1,500 wedding gown resulted in the transaction being terminated before I even received a written response addressing my concerns. The shop itself is cute, and I truly wanted this to be a positive experience. But wedding dress shopping is supposed to be one of those exciting, memorable moments. I finally said yes to my dress, only to have the experience end like this. I never expected that simply asking questions about the dress I purchased would result in being refunded and refused further service. I wish I had known what to expect before shopping here, which is why I'm sharing my experience for other brides. read more

Ok I finally think I'm able to post an honest review since I found my dress elsewhere! Had to keep my options open until then... So I LOVED trying on dresses here. My girls made the day for sure. I had to pay for the appointment through PayPal however once attended, you get your money back minus the PayPal fee so overall the cost of my appointment was around $3. Since I brought in more than 5 girls, we were given a charcuterie board and snacks as well as champagne. Honestly so hospitable! The owner Lisa seemed disconnected. She would just hand me a dress off the hanger and closed the curtain, and told me to let her know when it was on. Once I did that, sometimes she'd clip it, others she wouldn't. NBD. However the way this place operates is you tell her what dresses you like and she'll email you back with the info and costs. I found a dress that might have been my dress and I really did watch videos of me in it almost every day until two weeks go by and nothing from the owner. I reached out on Instagram since that page is pretty active and several stories are posted per day. Another week goes by, and no answer. To this day, my message on IG is still UNREAD! Anyways, I end up emailing Lisa again! She finally emails me a list and the one dress I was dreaming of wasn't there! I finally send her a video of the dress and she gives me a price. By then 3 weeks have gone by and I was reached out to by another bridal store in Vegas through TikTok and found my dress there! I guess it was a blessing in disguise. What I did like is how active my girls got to be. Lisa allowed up to look through the racks of the store and gave a rack where all my girls and I could separate the dresses I was going to try on unlike some stores who prepick dresses for you ahead of time. Overall, I don't mind the owner not being interactive, but what I didn't like was her not being prompt or responsive. I literally could have ordered a dress the next day if it wasn't for her taking her time. Oh well, I ended up finding my dress somewhere else so it still worked out! read more

FEMALE RAN. LOCALLY OWNED. SMALL BUSINESS. TEACHERS! On the eve of their one year anniversary, I am here to sing the praises of this store! As an indecisive person, I visited 4 dress stores in the Valley, multiple times, and tried on maybe 100 dresses. Believe me when I tell you that there is a REASON I went with these girls. Lisette, Amaya, and Alyssa are beautiful and kind. They went above and beyond to make sure I found the dress of my dreams. Ironically, the dress I bought was a little far from the vision I had. However, Amaya communicated effectively with the dressmakers to make sure they could accommodate the modifications I needed. I truly can't believe that they nailed it! After the wedding, I will come back and post the photos. They were incredibly fair and treated me with financial dignity. Their prices are attainable and range widely. A couple of other stores in the valley tried to fleece me and threaten me with the "well, this dress may not be here the next time you come back" type thing. Something Blue never did! They're just wonderful. Many, many, MANY blessing for this store! read more

If I could put 0 stars I definitely would. I am the mother of the bride whose journey began Dec 2025. My daughter called me with such excitement that she found a dress she loved. So she asked me to meet her at the Bridal Salon "Something Blue". I traveled cleat across town in the evening for her reveal. I walked into the experience full of excitement and emotion, expecting to witness one of the most exciting and meaningful moments in my daughters life saying "YES" to her dream dress. From the moment we walked in the atmosphere felt unwelcomining and rushed. Quickly getting her in the dress to reveal to her bridesmaids and I. My daughter said "YES" she quickly told us to take pictures and gave her a sign quickly to hold. We all took pictures . Then she whisks my daughter sway to take the dress off. I am sitting there waiting while I hear the owner Lisette immediately asking my daughter how she is paying for it. Not even allowing her to bask in the excitement . I found that very unprofessional and disrespectful. As I understand that is part of the process I also believe there is a time and place for rhat to be discussed. Not at the moment she is glowing in excitement. I watched my beautiful daughter's face go from pure excitement to complete shock. As the mother of the Bride that made me feel that my daughter was made to feel like an inconvenience, rather than a bride. Watching that unfold was painful beyond words. This was not just about a dress, this was about a young woman experiencing a milestone she will remember forever. No bride should feel pressured, rushed, talked down to , or made to question herself during such an important time. The lack of professionalism and empathy were shocking . I am sharing so other brides are aware and no one has to deal with what my daughter did. Wedding dress shopping is deeply emotional and personal. Brides deserve patience, kindness, and respect. NOT attitude, judgement, or heartless behavior. I know through the process my daughter encountered alot of unnecessary emotional stress which could have been avoided from Lisette. In the end the owner Lisette decided to cancel my daughters dress order. This all due to the owners negligence. So now she is left rushing to find a dress. As a mother I will do everything in my power to find her that dress and for her to have the joyful experience she deserves. Stay away from Something Blue Bridal and save yourself the emotional distress and disappointment. Signed sincerely a hurt mother of the bride, read more

WORST BRIDAL EXPERIENCE EVER Please take a moment to reflect on my review. I'm sharing this review so other brides don't experience what I did during what should be one of the happiest parts of wedding planning. My experience with Lisette, the owner of Something Blue Bridal, began in December 2025. I came in as an excited bride with my parents and bridesmaids for an appointment. I found a dress I loved and said yes. However, before I could even walk back to celebrate with my loved ones, I was immediately asked, "How would you like to pay?" my once in a lifetime celebration moment was stolen from me. Instead of celebrating, I felt pressured and embarrassed discussing finances on the spot. We agreed to a payment plan, though it was made very clear that paying in full was the expectation, with no compassion for the reality that not every bride can or should pay thousands of dollars on the spot. Brides understand how important it is to discuss significant financial decisions with their partner. What made the situation even more difficult was the expectation that I make this decision almost immediately, without being given the time or space to step away, contact my fiancé, and make a thoughtful decision together. Things only got worse from there. When my husband submitted the second monthly payment through Zelle, Lisette claimed she never received it. We then contacted our bank the next business day and were told, with full confirmation, that the money had left our account and was deposited into hers. Despite this proof, Lisette refused to acknowledge the facts, implied we were lying, and would not contact her bank to resolve the issue. Instead of having a respectful conversation in person or over the phone she hides behind emails, avoided accountability, and continually positioned herself as the victim. Lisette made this situation emotionally exhausting during a time when I should have been enjoying my engagement. When I finally asked, out of sheer frustration, why she wouldn't simply contact her bank, she became defensive. Shortly after, she refused service entirely, even though my gown had already been made. I was left without a wedding dress, devastated, heartbroken, and scrambling during one of the most stressful moments of wedding planning. I won't forget to mention the insults Lisette made towards me in emails to my husband, each email was a written attack on verbiage towards me, using words like "disrespectful" "demanding" and false accusations. Lisette "warned" us, saying she will get our reviews removed. Just another one of her manipulation tactics. I'd be more than happy to include any receipts of this behavior from Lisette to prove how guilty she is. THE TRUTH Eventually, the truth came out! our money had been in Lisette's possession the entire time. All of this pain, stress, and heartbreak could have been avoided had she been willing to make a simple phone call to her bank. BRIDES BEWARE I am sharing this because no bride deserves to be treated this way. Wedding planning should be filled with joy, trust, and support not accusations, avoidance, and emotional distress. read more

Truly the best wedding dress experience I could've ever asked for. Lisette and Alyssa were absolutely incredible and made my special day everything I could've dreamed of and more. Something Blue is a great newer spot to find your wedding dress! I was recommended this store by a friend and I had a great experience! They made me feel so special and had a great selection of dresses! It's smaller and intimate and very trendy. They had champagne for us and a cute little board of snacks. They are priced well also! I would definitely recommend them over other bridal stores. I loved my dress, it was perfect! read more

Something Blue Bridal was so amazing and made my experience so special. They were so attentive and helpful and had an amazing selection of gowns for every budget. They took the time to get to know me and added in special touches like playing my favorite music during my appointment. Alyssa was so kind and ended up picking out the dress I fell in love with. They really know what they are doing and answered all of my questions. I highly recommend coming here if you are looking for a bridal gown or a cute reception dress. read more

I'd been looking for dresses all throughout OC, SD, and then came to Vegas to try some too! Something Blue has a fantastic selection of gowns--so many styles and designers that I hadn't seen at other shops. They truly go above and beyond to work with your vision and budget, which I really, really appreciated. What stood out most was how thoughtful and low-pressure the whole experience was. At that point in my dress search, I was becoming super frustrated/defeated by the whole process but after visiting this store, I left feeling super grateful and excited because of Lisette! The store is run by a mother/daughter team, and they were both so welcoming, funny, honest (which is so impt to me), and supportive throughout my appointment. I actually discovered the silhouette and style I ultimately fell in love with because of my time here and am so appreciative to them because of this!! I would absolutely recommend this shop to anyone looking for a meaningful, stress-free dress shopping experience!! read more

I had the best experience at Something Blue Las Vegas! I came in with a pretty clear vision of the kind of dress I wanted and picked several options from their large and beautiful collection. Lisette took the time to really understand my style and even pulled a dress for me based on the inspiration I had shown her. After trying on the ones I had chosen--and falling in love with more than one--I finally tried on the one Lisette had picked... and it completely blew the others away. It was the dress. I had already scheduled appointments at other shops and had family coming into town at different times, but the team at Something Blue was incredibly accommodating. They let me come back multiple times and even closed the entire store just for me on three separate occasions. I got to work with all three stylists, and each of them made the experience feel so special. They took all the pressure off and helped me stay present and enjoy the moment. In the end, I said yes to the dress! Lisette worked out an amazing price that I never imagined would happen to meet my budget, and I couldn't be more grateful. Thanks to Something Blue, I'm walking away with my absolute dream dress and an experience I'll never forget. read more

I had the most wonderful experience at Something Blue while looking for my wedding dress! Amaya was the sweetest and just most amazing person giving me so many options while not being pushy like some salespeople. I also love that it's a family business. It's really cool they let you try as many gowns as you want within your time frame, as I've visited other shops on bridesmaid duty that only allow the bride to try 3-5 gowns at a time. I was also surprised by how affordable the gowns were, considering how gorgeous and full of detail they are! After my visit Amaya was kind enough to write down the details for the gowns I liked and showed me how to look them up online to see more pictures. Plus they have a deal since they just opened where they give you a free robe and slippers when you purchase your gown. I highly recommend any brides to be book an appointment here! read more

Cute selection of dresses! Mother and daughters are super sweet. I reserved a time slot with my mom and bridesmaids to try on dresses - they provided champagne and charcuterie, so it was such a fun experience! The stylist I had worked with initially ordered my dress in the wrong color and the inner lining wasn't added as we paid for, but they were able to rush production from the designer for a dress in the right color and with the lining. It arrived 6 weeks before my wedding, but they sent me to their recommended tailor for alterations and it was ready on time. read more

I couldn't say enough good things about Something Blue. I had a national pageant that required a white cocktail dress and I knew this was the best place to go and find it. Definitely the best bridal boutique in town! read more

I have never seen such unprofessionalism from a shops OWNER. THE FIVE STAR REVIEWS ARE FAKE SHE CREATES A FAKE REVIEW THE MINUTE SOMEONE POSTS A NEGATIVE REVIEW. THIS IS NOT A 3 STAR BRIDAL STORE ITS 1 STAR. READ THE REAL REVIEWS. 1. You have to PAY to LOOK at the dresses 2. You're NOT allowed to take photos of the dresses (mind you these are not dresses MADE by her, these are dresses purchased from designers or wholesale, there are ZERO signs saying no photography allowed. 3. You have to ASK to come inside. 4. Does NOT greet you or smile, how unprofessional, do you know how to run a business? Apparently not. I have never met such a rude woman in my entire life, ruined dress shopping. You would think PAYING TO ENTER A STORE, you would be receiving top tier customer service, it is clear this woman has never worked hard a day in her life just by looking at her you can tell she's never been taught MANNERS. BEWARE DO NOT SHOP HERE. Ask yourself before you even attempt at shopping: Do you want to PAY to LOOK at a dress? Do you want to shop somewhere you're not even GREETED into? Do you not want to be able to document your experience and take photos of the different options? read more

Absolutely Amazing Experience at Something Blue Bridal Gallery! From the moment we walked in, we felt so comfortable and welcomed. Alyssa was absolutely incredible from the start. I had sent her a vision board of the dresses I liked beforehand, and she used that to guide us around the store, helping me pick out dresses that matched my style -- and even encouraged me to try on a few that were outside my comfort zone (which I'm so glad I did!). Wedding dress shopping can feel super overwhelming, but Alyssa made the entire process so easy and enjoyable. She helped me in and out of every dress and shared so many helpful details about the different styles and fits. She was also so sweet to my family who came with me -- we all felt completely at home. We got to try on so many beautiful dresses, and fun fact: Alyssa actually hand-picked the dress I ended up falling in love with and purchasing! It meant so much to be able to support a local, women-owned, family business, and I can't recommend Something Blue enough to any bride. Warning to all brides - please avoid something blue/say yes bridal located on Ft Apache. Take your time and read all the reviews and take them seriously. What we experienced we sadly discovered some other brides have too. The owner is unprofessional and becomes unhinged at even a phone call. The owner claims she's being harassed when someone calls with a simple question, she has blocked customers from all contacts after making a sale, and she will not allow family members to be involved with the bridal experience, barring them from entrance into the shop, even with an appointment. Her texts are incoherent and contradictory many times. Her responses to her many poor reviews are passive-aggressive in her desperate attempt to make the customer look at fault when it is the company's. Don't fall for it, spare yourself from a potential horrid experience. Complaints have been filed with the BBB read more

I'm not the bride, I joined my sister to watch her try on dresses. The place is nice there are a nice amount of dresses to try on, however the issue comes from the service. The lady who was there to help with the selection literally couldn't care less about my sister. She was cold and unfriendly. She made us seem like a nuisance and that being there was an inconvenience for her. She did not even know my sister's name, she only asked mid way through the dress try ons. My sister was telling her what she did not like about the dresses and mid way through the sentence the lady was like "you don't have to explain it." As if it's not her job to help her figure out what she loves and doesn't love about dresses. My sister said she would not spend a cent even after finding a dress she really loved. read more

I called with a few questions regarding setting up an appointment and pricing for the dresses listed on the website. I left a voicemail with my name and phone number and asked to be called back. I received a call back immediately after leaving a voicemail. Whoever I spoke to on the phone was incredibly rude. She explained that she had a bride in store and asked what my question was. I told her I was curious of the price range for their dresses and she told me the pricing was on the website. (It's not listed ANYWHERE on the website). Her tone was very rude so I suggested that we end the call and call me back when she had more time. After the call ended I recieved a series of rude text messages from her. 10/10 experience!! I would absolutely recommend Something Blue to any bride or bridesmaids I know. They offer a wide variety of wedding dress styles and designers and apart from that they had a range of beautiful bachelorette or bridal shower dresses, bridesmaid dresses, jewelry, GORGEOUS veils and even customized Jean jackets and accessories for brides but apart from what they had to offer, Lisa the owner and her daughters were so kind and professional. They allowed me to choose a few dresses for me to try on and asked me what my style was and hand selected a few dresses they thought I would love and they did not disappoint! I actually ended up choosing a dress they picked out for me and even when I lost a few pounds after selecting my dress they recommended a trustworthy tailor who was able to help me with a few minor alterations. These ladies went above and beyond to make our experience as fun, easy, and stress free as possible. Thank you for helping me find my dream wedding dress!! A few years ago, I came here as a bridesmaid with my friend who was getting married to look at dresses, and it was a wonderful experience. That's why, now that I'm preparing for my own wedding, I decided to return since my past visit had gone so well. When I arrived with three members of my bridal party, someone opened the door. She didn't smile, introduce herself, or offer a warm welcome in fact, her demeanor made it immediately clear she wasn't in the best mood. She simply said, "Come in." I explained we were waiting for the rest of our group, and she replied coldly, "Yeah. Wait inside." Once we were in, she began asking about my budget. I hadn't set one yet, because if I found a dress I truly loved, price wouldn't have been a deciding factor. She then asked about my preferred style, and I explained that I wasn't sure dresses look different on everyone, and I wanted to find something that fit me personally. My friend, who is taking a photography class at UNLV, had sweetly offered to take photos for me during the appointment. He's not a professional just a close friend (and the officiant for our wedding) using a nice camera from his class. I didn't think it would be a problem, since people often take pictures with their phones in shops. As he began taking photos of me, she suddenly shouted, "Is there a reason you're photographing me?!" I thought perhaps he'd accidentally caught her in a shot, but he assured me he hadn't. I told her he was there to take photos of me, not her. Still visibly agitated, I asked if that was okay, adding that we would stop if it wasn't allowed. Her response was dripping with sarcasm: "A normal person would ask first. This is my business," followed by more comments in the same tone. I took a moment to process, then told her, "I think you're being kind of rude." She immediately replied, "Yup! Let's cancel your appointment." I agreed, and we left. As we were walking to our car, she was still shouting after us, even saying, "Feel free to leave a review!" So here I am. After a few of my bridesmaids posted reviews about this experience, it appeared that friends or family quickly left overly positive reviews to bury the honest negative ones which is why I encourage anyone reading to look at the lower-rated reviews. Many echo my own experience with the owner/mother, who from my encounter (and from what others have written) is extremely rude. In contrast, her daughters are wonderful which explains the positive experience I had years ago when my friend purchased her dress here with the help of one of them. I've tried to figure out why we were treated so poorly from the moment she opened the door, but I've decided not to waste more time wondering. Since then, I've visited several other bridal shops in Las Vegas, all of which treated me kindly and respectfully. Not one made me feel the way this store's owner did. In the end, I found my perfect dress elsewhere. My takeaway is simple: poor treatment is a direct reflection of the person providing it. I sincerely wish the best for her daughters, who have turned out to be lovely despite her influence, and I hope the owner has the life she deserves. read more

If I could give zero stars I would. The owner is so unprofessional and is disrespectful to her customers. I would say she is prejudice as well. Please believe these one star reviews. She pushed back our appointment at 11 pm at night the day before. Then not even two minutes of being in the store she is popping off the mouth because our friend was recorded JUST AND ONLY the bride and her looking at dresses as a bride would want to document the process of her big day. The owner became snappy and kicked us out and instead of just politely asking us not to record (which we would have had no problem doing). She then kept talking and saying horrible comments as we were walking out. And saying "go leave a review then". We then were so distraught and went to nearby bridal stores and those nearby bridal stores says they have heard horrible things about this shop from customers that this owner has turned away. This lady should reconsider her profession if she doesn't want to deal with happy people. Hope this owner projects her misery elsewhere. read more

Do NOT go to SOMETHING BLUE! The owner's behavior is appalling and she will destroy what should be a beautiful experience!! She claims to be harassed even with one phone call and becomes irate. My daughter and I decided to go, despite the reviews. We bought a new dress that was to be ordered. The next day, the owner tried to persuade my daughter to take the sample dress, which she claimed had already been taken to the cleaners. She said she would discount the veil, but when asked numerous times what the discount would be, she never provided an answer. When my daughter said she'd like to discuss this with me, the owner said this would be just between them, to not tell me. Feeling uncomfortable about what the owner was implying, my daughter immediately texted me. When I called for clarification the owner yelled at me, insulted me, hung up on me and blocked me from all contact! The mother of the bride and paying customer! I didn't even get a word in! It is despicable for a business owner to conduct business in such a way! She proceeded to text my daughter insulting and hurtful texts and my daughter eventually blocked her. We were able to reverse the charge (not with any help from the owner who tried hard block it) but justice did prevail! There are so many other reputable bridal salons - skip this one! The owner's replies to her one star reviews are typically similar, claiming harassment and rude customers. read more

We arrived on time for our appointment and had to sit in the lobby for 15 minutes before anyone came and talked to us. The woman that owned the boutique was very condescending and rude. Her daughter was very kind and helpful. During our appointment the owner brought in the bride of the previous appointment and allowed her to take photos in front of a sign. The owner made a comment "well this is just as awkward for her as it is for you". The daughter let us know that she had bridesmaid dresses and that we could try on some of the bridesmaid dresses. When we began to look at the bridesmaid dresses the owner stated that we couldn't try on bridesmaid dresses because this appointment was strictly for bridal dresses and if we wanted to do bridesmaid dresses we needed to make a separate appointment. We also called them x2 before going to the appointment and they did not answer the phone. The bride mentioned that we had waited in the lobby the appointment and that cut into our time. She stated that "well you were able to look around in the lobby at that time " . Our appointment was supposed to end at 730pm and at 7pm the owner came into the room and stated that they were closing. Don't give this company your business. read more

Worst customer service I've ever experienced. It's family-run-- the daughters are nice enough, but the mother is incredibly rude and honestly, unhinged. I dealt with a sizing issue with the dress that I ordered (based off measurements THEY took), and they tried to blame it on me and my "weight gain" when I'd actually lost weight and they were never able to produce the measurements they took, though I asked repeatedly. I was kicked out of the shop (by the mother) on the day I picked up my dress and after-the-fact threatened with trespassing charges, even though I was let into the store to pick up the dress I purchased... Make it make sense... I was humiliated on what should have been such a special day. Turns out the sizing issue was a design error, which I learned with no help from Something Blue as they were much too defensive to help me find the issue/solution. They're inexperienced and unprofessional-- I wish I had never made that initial appointment. read more

While I didn't buy my dress here, mostly because of my very short time frame to dress shop, I wanted to write a review because of my experience. While they have an excellent range of classic, timeless dresses, they have the biggest range of trendy dresses I've seen in Vegas so far. Which I loved. While they do have a decent selection of plus size dresses in store, I wish there had been a little more to choose from off the rack. However they can order almost any dress in any size. Alyssa was very helpful and sweet during the whole process. I do recommend a budget of $1800+ although they did have a couple options under that. read more

I wasn't even the bride and I was appalled at the attitude and the lack of customer service we received from the supposed "owner" herself. The other co-owner (which is the daughter her name was Amaya) was very very kind to us and truly made the experience a lot better. To make a very long story short. We were treated like a bother and nuisance and it truly was the worst experience in bridal shops I've ever been to. AND I WASNT EVEN THE BRIDE!!!! During the fitting was fine bc Amaya took care of us and helped the bride in my group dress and stuff, but whenever the owner (the mom-- btw i don't even know her name bc she never introduced herself) came around us was like she didn't even care and just wanted us out. Not to mention she is honestly very rude and condescending. Then towards the end she essentially tried kicking us out by saying how they are closing soon at 7 (even though their website says 8???) We replied back how we are scheduled for until 7:30, and she looked down at the time and looked back at us and was like, ".....oh well I guess you still have 30 minutes". Anyways it wasn't a good vibe and truly it makes me sad to think that she is supposed to be giving brides the best experience ever and if this is how she treats her customers, then that's sad. I would be devastated if I were a bride and this woman's ruined my whole vibe because she is just rude. I would not recommend going here simply for the fact that the owner is so rude and it made the experience so horrible for us. However they do have a pretty selection of dresses. But the dresses aren't worth being treated like trash in my opinion. If I were a bride, I'd go elsewhere. If I could give negative stars I would. read more

I NEVER write bad reviews because I know how much that can impact a business and sometimes the customer is at fault. But I have literally never been disrespected like I was today at this location. I booked a VIP appt and never received any confirmation email and got an error message on the website once I booked. I figured it was just a website/software error but it charged me the deposit and I wanted to make sure I had my appointment SO I called the store 3 times and left 2 voicemails on two different days (1 day prior to the appointment and the day of). Nobody ever called me back so I just showed up at the time of the appt. When I walked in whoever helped me (I don't know her name because she didn't take the time to introduce herself before immediately having an attitude) just asked me if anyone else was coming - didn't say hi or anything. I then asked if I had an appointment today and she immediately had an attitude stating that of course I did. I then explained to her the error and the fact that I had called and no one ever got back to me and she just said "well yeah I'm busy". Ok...well usually businesses call people back. She also seemed to not believe I didn't get a confirmation and then I explained that if she had listened to my two voicemails she would know the issue I was having. And then she proceeded to kick me out of the store and say she didn't want my business! LOL I then tried to knock on the door 3 times because she had charged me $50 and said nothing about refunding me before shoving me out the door. But of course she didn't come and answer my questions so I just left. The only nice thing I can say is I got my refund when I got home. This lady is incredibly rude and I can't believe she runs her business that way. I hope other people have good experiences here but I would personally say buy your dress somewhere else. read more
