Communication is absolutely terrible, Marcus no showed / no called on multiple appointments. When he did show, he was several hours late of the window they had established. They did send Jamie on a weekend but all she managed to do was make our machine completely broken as opposed to just quirky. So now we're stuck with a washer that worked a bit before and now doesn't work at all and they won't respond to calls on what the plan is moving forward. They've broken their express commitment to fix the problem and don't have the courtesy (or bravery?) to simply tell us they're not coming back. It's ridiculous to us that they won't even respond to come and get their brand new part out of the washer before we get rid of it to replace with a new one. We're just absolutely flabbergasted at how much this company doesn't respect their clients time , with all the no call/no shows, late arrivals and capping it off with their ghosting. I cannot stress enough that if you need work done on your appliance, look elsewhere.

I had trouble shot all that I could determining that voltage was good, connections were good, cord was good and still it was not heating up properly. Under warranty, he discovered that the door was not properly sealing so heat was escaping. We will see if the seal properly seats itself over time so that heat will not continue to escape. Each time we were told it was an "easy fix" we could do ourselves. Every diagnosis was wrong, every repair they suggested was pointless, and they still charged us $160. We should have known when the plumber they supposedly partner with even says he refuses to recommend them because they are so bad. When we asked for someone qualified to finally diagnose it correctly, Kristy said we'd have to pay the $160 again--because my husband followed the instructions their tech gave him. How does that make any sense? We trusted their technician. We were misdiagnosed three times. And somehow we're expected to pay for their mistakes twice and trust they'll finally send someone competent? Kristy's behavior was unbelievable. She was rude and dismissive. No empathy. No accountability. Just attitude. She said it was the owner's decision and that management "might" get back to me in a few days. We've already lost two weeks because their tech didn't know what he was doing. Any reputable business would try to make this right. Mr. Appliance didn't--they just tried to take more money. Stay far away.

I highly recommend Mountain Valley Plumbing & Heating! I had a furnace installed six years ago by a…read moredifferent company, Steele Bros Heating, Inc. located in Denver. My furnace is a high-efficiency condensing furnace, yet they never installed the condensate drain line-- a huge mistake -- it's not only dangerous, but totally embarrassing to overlook such an important part of the installation! I had Mountain Valley Plumbing & Heating come out for a furnace tune up, and their technician, Scott realized the issue. The motor in my furnace was underwater due to the lack of the drain and my furnace wouldn't turn on. I called Steele Bros Heating to fix the problem, and they placed the blame on me, saying I should have had the furnace inspected and that because I didn't have them out once a year for maintenance, they would also void my warranty. I immediately called the City of Boulder inspectors to figure out what to do. They were appalled that a HVAC company wouldn't take responsibility for such a gross error and said it was definitely a civil case. In the meantime, Mountain Valley Plumbing & Heating offered to come out and do the labor to install the condensate drain and fix the motor free of charge! Vice President, JD stated he felt that was the right thing to do and wanted to help out. Scott came back out, installed the drain line and fixed the motor. I will always work with Mt Valley moving forward!

New owners winterize the cabin and the following spring - We have a busted pipe and we were informed that our toilet, which was less a year old also cracked. Toilets are winterized with antifreeze - thus this should never happen. Long story short, the toilet was not busted at all. It was perfectly fine. The busted pipe was due to poor winterization - the line was not completely blown out. Not to mention the plumber left one of our door unlocked when they came to do the work prior to our arrival. Owner is a crooked business man. Not reliable or honest.
