Great service. Great products and they normally have plenty of stock. Prices are pretty high though.

Nice guys and fully stocked. Price of hay was high, but they had it after a long winter.

Adam's Pet Safari - Dirty tanks, dirty store

Adam's Pet Safari

This store doesn't deserve even one star. How great for business that they have walls of fish and…read moreanimals but how absolutely horrendous for any living thing that is stuck in a cage or box in this place. Imagine a condemn home with black mold and the worst smell but houses all sorts of animals. This is legitimately hording. There are cages of mice and rats shoved in every corner, under and over shelves. The music blaring throughout the whole store must be pure torture to these poor animals who have to endure this all day long. This place is dirty, disgusting, and full of dead fish in the tanks, dirtier than you even want to imagine. Petco is luxury at treating their animals compared to this crap hole. Do not support this place and for the love of God, where is PETA when you need it!

I have recently went back into the store to see if there has been even a slight chance of…read moreimprovement since I have written my last review. Nope! Of course not, still sad, miserable abuse animals and heartless employees. My heart breaks for these poor creatures, animal control must be involved. I have also noticed that the store now has four stars and many five star reviews, either the owner has created multiple accounts to bring up his reviews or dirty people with dirty living situations have that find the store to be just as good as their own living situation at home. Of course, they would believe that this is a well defined store. I will leave it at that. Do the right thing, adopt these poor animals, and give them a better life, PS, definitely not the people that have left five star ratings.

They even exclaimed how they keep their own birds clipped.. why would you want to do that? That is a bird. Let them be birds. They have the most unhappy looking parrots . One parrot had a huge overgrown beak. looking soo sick and miserable in a tiny cage. I asked them about the bird. They said oh that is the shop bird. Was born handicapped. I have been looking at that same bird all these years and finally after i asked about it they finally had the beak fixed. All these years. The way they have him in this awful cage bored with clipped wings. I want to adopt it. They really are not good bird owners. . Do not follow their advice when you buy from them. Do your own reasearch. Also i go in there for food and pellets Their pellet mixes are full of millett and the food is full of fruit flavorings and dyes. I am done buying food from them. Buyer beware.

The staff is super helpful, as I am constantly learning about my babies, and asks about how they are doing every time I come in for new toys and food. They have a great selection of food, treats, toys, and cleaning supplies, and helped me through weeks of deciding what cage was the best choice for my bird and even offered to special order some of my supplies. They sure are the best!
