If I could I would leave him with zero stars. I cannot support a store who takes inhuman euthanasia measures for these creatures. Not to mention he was very dismissive and lacks attention to detail. The store was filthy the tanks were gross. I don't understand how this store can be supported. Beware.

They have fish in bins and they're easy to see. The bins start at $100; then there's $200; $300 all the way through $800 and then they "price upon request" here's the deal it's like a lot. At about $400 you can sell the fishes Sex and the fish in the 400 500 and $600 bins are just absolutely freaking gorgeous the most amazing beautiful Japanese pure bread Koi that you've ever seen. I know this stuff. You will walk out of that with an absolute gem for your POND and it's a fun experience. I sent my sister with her kids.. it strange, because they have a huge aquatic waterfall feature in the corner and it's still something that I would pass by because the bushes are shrubs don't exactly spell out "KOI". This place is a very serious good quality place with the quality water and amazing staff. You don't have to spend a lot of money there's a lot of fish in the $100 bins that are just fine, in fact gorgeous. If you wanted to spend money. There is a way to do it here. The fish in the "price upon request" Ben were second and none. This place is number one in Long Island and I'm not spellcheck this I hope it says what it supposed to.

My college aged daughter came home for the summer with company :-( she was unaware that the breed…read morewhich she had adopted from a rescue was the shedding type which her mom is allergic to. I wanted her home so bad, I allowed her to bring her new roommate with her for the summer. After a week in my home, I wanted this dog to get a bath so I called around Friday night with no luck on getting an appointment. I began my search Saturday morning as well when google suggested Cozy Pets. It was near my home too. I just knew it was going to be another dead end call but to my surprise they offered to squeeze her in for a bath and nail care if I could get her there lickety-split. The fee was $45. She had a mardi gras themed collar on when I returned to get her. I was very pleased with the overall experience. I had done some homework on this breed (corgi mixed) and the owner gave me some additional education. We agreed to have her groomed for a smaller rate bi-weekly for the duration of her stay in NY. I booked her next two appointments right there on the spot. PROS & CONS: They accept CASH ONLY at this establishment. In this day and age that's an inconvenience. However, for your convenience, they have an ATM next to the front desk ( small fee per use of course). No waiting area. More of a drop off and pickup atmosphere (maybe common in this field, I'm a newbie what do I know?) ONE STOP SHOP for accessories, food, treats, toys, clothing, etc. Pricing is $- $$. Visit the shopping cart for special sale items. Overall I give Cozy Pets 4 STARS for our initial visit. I do hope the good service continues. Thank you Cozy Pets, North Babylon from "Sasha" and her family.
