Lydia is the BEST! She knows what she is doing!…read more I have done 2 appointments with her. The first one was literally out of the blue. I was in the area and my shoulder and neck was really stiff because I probably slept wrong. I looked on yelp and she was the closest one to me. I'm not gonna lie, but when I arrived I couldn't find her business. It's among other businesses and there was no main sign where she was located. I texted her and she came out right away and greeted me with warm smiles. The massage itself was absolutely amazing. Nothing I have ever experienced! She focused on the discomfort that I had and was able to relieve the tension. My second visit was with my hamstring and my whole left leg. I was literally crippled and was limping for couple days, in pain!!! I scheduled an appointment with Lydia via text message for the next morning. I told her where and how it's really sensitive and I'm in so much pain. She first started off very gentle because my leg was in so much pain. By the end of the massage, she was able to push a lot more pressure and I was able to move my leg. After the session, I did not expect any kind of resolution, but I just wanted to relieve some tension, which it helped. So that whole day, I was still limping and was so sore. The next day my inflammation and the tension was cut down by at least 75%!!!! I wasn't limping in pain. The day after, the pain and discomfort was gone!!! I've gone to so many different massage places and I paid premium because I always choose the fancy ambiance. But ever since Lydia, I will not be going anywhere else. I'm telling everyone about Lydia! Thank youuuu!!!

Parking is super easy back of the building. The main door is locked, so make sure you text Lydia when you arrive. The massage was excellent. Lydia checked multiple times during the session to make sure the pressure, temperature etc was fine. She also asked for any specific areas to target before starting the session. She took proper time to remove knots, the pressure was perfect and the technique was great. She didn't use elbows (unlike few other places, which was a relief). I felt completely relaxed, no soreness after the massage. She also did some stretching addressing tightness in the body. The room was super clean, and nice. Lydia was warm and friendly. Highly recommend it and hope to be back soon.

Jasmin has extraordinary knowledge of her craft and the human body. She is attentive to your…read moreconcerns and issues before, during, and after each session. Being an athlete, I don't have the same mobility as I do after seeing Jasmin. I am much more flexible and much more able to stretch after her massage. She will seek out tension, pain points and knots and work through those areas accordingly. The tightness and painful areas I come in with are not always the areas she spends the most time on, but it ends up being just what I needed because those areas have the most relief afterwards. I attribute it to her knowledge of physiology. During the last session I felt deep tension released in my hips and then some nausea due to releasing stored toxins. She used amazing smelling organic medicinal oils and it took me right out of feeling sick. She's very intuitive about the work she's doing and knows when and what oils and medicinal scents to use. Her massage is very fluid. She's great at using her elbows. In fact, it's definitely the best elbow work I've ever had. She will help you relax your body through the deep work. She helps work through it with breathing and other techniques. Sometimes tricking your body with movements from her other hand while her elbow releases a trigger point somewhere else. I would not be able to relax my body without her guidance. I haven't cried on the table with her work, but if I was more tense I probably would have, so I really value the ability she has to relax the body through words and other techniques. With all of the different modalities used, tied together with a great presence, pressure and touch, it ends of being a very effective and therapeutic massage every time.

I have plenty of knots, but the therapist did not seem to be aware of them, let alone how to work on them. My back is in significant pain after my massage, whereas beforehand it was just a bit tight. Not to mention, the massage table was covered with musty damp towels, and the level of professionalism was lacking. My overall impression was that the business owner was unprepared for my visit and had an employee who isn't actually trained in massage perform the massage. I tipped the person who performed the massage 20% because I honestly just felt bad that she clearly had tried but didn't actually know how to do a massage.

I had booked lymphatic massage with Jane's Therapy after seeing great reviews about her massages…read more I received reminder via text message which was helpful. She's operating out of her home in Santa Clara. Finding her place was easy- she also came to parking area to make sure I find the place. A few things that led to a meh experience- I have been to multiple places, including some who operate out of home, so naturally I'm comparing against those. This one felt weird. 1. The table is set up in the living room with one divider to cover shorter side (head) only, so the table is exposed in the longer side and quite open, with almost zero privacy. 2. Communication: I was expecting lymphatic massage but she suggested lymphatic is not good as it is very mild. Instead she would do a combination of lymphatic and will use pressure points. She kept pushing for it so I reluctantly agreed. During the massage she checked a couple of times about pressure, which was good. However the massage itself was just okay. Towards end of the massage she said her fingers hurt because she had to massage using fingers vs elbow. And she asked if I still wanted lymphatic but we are already at one hour at that point - that felt very off and weird. I declined because I didn't know if that would mean extra cost or not. It was also weird that she rolled her eyes as it to indicate it's a burden for her. The bed was warm but room was cold, with sofa and all open mess around. Overall it was pretty bad experience. It could be because she operated out of her home, but it was weird.
