In the past the sales people was incredibly helpful. This time I received no help at all. I will say I can be picky with swim suits, but my previous trip here the salesgirl worked with me to figure out what I liked and made shopping a breeze. This time, the salesgirl helping me gave up on me after giving me 2 swim suit options (which were nothing like what I said I liked), and I expressed I didn't like them. I even tried one on to be a good sport, and when I still expressed it wasn't my style, she moved on to another customer and ignored me completely. When I did find something I liked and expressed this to her she said "oh that doesn't come in your size" and just kept walking. WHAT????? The other salesgirl almost PUSHED me out of the way while I was browsing so she could get a suit for another customer. I was honestly completely shocked. Night and day compared to my previous experience. Long story short, if you're looking for a suit that isn't "super trendy" and "what everyone else wants", don't bother, because the sales people do not care what you like or want. I'm really only giving 3 stars because their selection is huge compared to other stores, and if you're less picky, you'll probably have a better experience.

Got an amazing suit and she kept checking on me and bringing me more. They literally do have everything but water there! A little pricey but you can still find something for a reasonable price . They have the best selection of high waist bikinis that I've come across so far! I will definitely go back and get a few more suits along with a cover up. Customer service is defiantly there.

Ok ladies, this place is truly great....They have a wide variety of swimwear styles, something for…read moreeveryone! Tiny bikinis, tankinis, monokinis, sexy one pieces, modest one pieces, breezy cover ups (dresses, pants and tunics), Havaianas and beach bags too. The staff was really wonderful. They know their stuff and for a smaller boutique they are very down to earth and it is not intimidating at all as these places can be sometimes. I saw so many things I wanted. One small catch, the prices.... $325 for the suit I wanted. Yikes!!! I honestly walked in expecting to spend about $100-$150 which is what my Mom usually pays here. Yes, that's still on the higher side, but I was desperate for something to fit my large chest without me looking like a porn star. Nothing like pulling a little Janet Jackson when you're splashing in the waves or bending down to build a sandcastle with the kids. The great news was, this place had options for me, lots of them! Underwire is the key! I just honestly cannot swing $300 dollars for one suit especially while I'm losing weight and hopefully won't stay this size. I just can't do it. I mean I totally can. My husband will definitely not let it happen. The gorgeous, floral pants I wanted were $150. If this is your price range, by all means, head on over and shop away!! Enjoy! They have some fabulous stuff! Perhaps I just have expensive taste. Perhaps you can find something more reasonable. I just didn't and that's a shame. They do have an annual sale I may have to head back and hit up. I'll try them again when they do. Considering buying a proper fitting tankini top here and buying cheaper bottoms elsewhere...

I went in the store is very small and there was only one group of customers in there - a mom and daughter I presume. There were 2 staff members at least, maybe a third. One young girl who worked there looked up when I walked in looked immediately down no smile no greeting and then walked by me tasking. Not very welcoming. The door bell jingles so it alerts staff to people entering the store. There were two people behind her one of them is excitedly chattering with another person (I'm presuming this is the third staff member). That worker than leaves behind the counter literally brushes past me arm full of hangers says nothing not hi, asks me how I am, absolutely nothing - not even a smile. I have never had such absolutely disinterested service. I wrote an email about this experience in more in depth but they didn't have a direct customer support line beyond online orders. I walked in - looked around and walked out. You are not getting my money if you can't even SMILE at me. Your store was empty on a holiday weekend - this is probably why.

Although the sales' associate was super courteous and helpful, I am disappointed with my recent…read morepurchases. I typically take a 32DD or 34D, so when the associate taped me at 36DD, I was a little puzzled, but she quickly explained sizes differ from store to store. That's a pretty reasonable explanation. When I tried the bra on, I clasped it on the tightest hook. I did the band test. I could comfortably fit my whole hand between my back and the band and still stretch the band outward without effort. I asked the associate if the bra was maybe too big. She checked the fit and then she assured me that this style of bra is supposed to fit like that and then she even unclasped the hook and re-hooked to the outermost hook, which left even more space around my rib cage. She said the fit was good. Because the fabric felt glorious on my skin, and based on the associate's very convicted explanation regarding sizing and fit, I bought two bras for $59. I got home and tried each bra on. They had the same feel as the in-store try-on bra, so I removed the tags and placed them in my dresser drawer. This weekend, I had a chance to wear one of the bras for several hours. After a few hours of wear, I noticed the band had slipped down my rib cage. I re-hooked to the innermost hook and -- voila! -- the band still slipped down my rib cage a short while later. On top of that, the shoulder straps were way too loose; the right one kept sliding off my shoulder. When I went to tighten the shoulder straps, I realized that they were already on the tightest configuration. I put on the other bra. Same thing happened a few hours later. Now I'm not going to assume that the clerk sized me incorrectly. Maybe it's the material. Maybe with fabric that soft there's not enough tension. But whatever it is, the bras are way too big for me, and because of Soma's horrible return policy, I am now stuck with two brand spanking new bras that do not fit me at all. I'll be donating these bras to the local clothing drop, and I definitely will not return to Soma again.

I am utterly amazed at the staff's professionalism and ability to put at ease even a plus-sized, long-term-undergarment-phobic like me. The fitting took 60 seconds and then I explained my requirements for every day (no itchy lace plus extreme comfort with enough support to keep my back from hurting), and what I need for a special event dress (support you cannot see; comfort optional). Dana brought me many different options for both scenarios, which, to the extent I was comfortable with it, she helped me to try on and adjust. Very quickly I became so comfortable that she helped me the whole time. Dana is fabulous but relatively new, and so a wonderful expert verified everything she did. They explained to me the different bra styles and what they do, as well as UK vs US sizing etc. It was a terrific experience. Ultimately I chose a $56 strapless for the event dress, and for every day, I picked two $99 each Evelyn Bobbie sports-bra variations and a $65 Emoli underwire for the every day occasions when I need to dress less casually. So. For $317 I got: 1. An expert fitting in a private setting 2. Two hours of un-rushed selection and fit assistance plus education from incredible ladies who both know their stuff and understand the "ick" factor. 3. Two everyday comfort bras that fit well. 4. One "dress a little better" every day bra. 5. One strapless bra for the event dress. When I was checking out, there was a woman of about 40 at the register next to me who had driven 85 miles for their services. The checkout staff said "yes we have people who come from all over". I understand why. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.
