From the newborn crying phone calls to 104 degree fevers and ER trips, they set a plan of action and always reassure they are with you every step of the way. I wish we could rate them higher. We have had nothing but incredible experiences with every single pediatrician in this practice. After our sons first day of PT/OT therapy, Dr. Ober called to see how we were doing. After every late night emergency line call, they have called to follow up/check in with us in the morning. They care about your child and know your family well. Dr. Lippitt treats my children as if they are her own. She's more like a friend than a doctor. The front desk is friendly and reliable. I never have difficulty getting an appt and I rarely wait long. There are toys, books, a large fish tank and movies for the kids. The nurses are very sweet and patient with the kids. I have recommended this practice to many of my friends and I plan on using them until my kids are grown.

The doctor who did our tour let us know that the practice manager was very good about having sick apts open every day as well as new born apts. The only thing missing was a separate waiting area for sick kids. The doctor who did our tour let us know that when a sick child does comes in they are taken to an exam room quickly to reduce exposure to the healthy kids in the waiting room. We feel lucky to have such a nice practice within 15 mins of our home!

We received an email saying that the flu vaccines are in, and to make an appointment right away. I called, stated my name, and the receptionist said "You have Meridian Insurance? We do not have any flu vaccines in right now, we will email you when we get some in." I was confused and said "Oh, I just received an email saying to make an appointment?" Receptionist #1 said "Oh... hold on." and gives me to receptionist #2 who tells me "Hi, I am sorry about the email. We do not have any flu shots available for medicaid patients, and we do not know when we will have any in. The flu shots are only available for our other patients." WOW I get it, businesses have to make money. That isn't my issue. My issue is that they have different treatment plans - UNKNOWN to their patients - based on your insurance. When they said they didn't have any, I didn't question it at all, like many of their trusting parents, I am sure. They could have simply said they were low on flu shots and recommended going to a Rite-Aid so that you were following the same treatment they were recommending for their other patients - BABIES - during a PANDEMIC. Flu shots aren't hard to come by, they really don't need to deceive people because they want to prioritize people with insurance. The receptionists are following the direction of the doctors and owners of the practice. It is a shame that this is the country that we live in, and it makes me so sad that not everyone child is given the same advice and access to care. And don't accept medicaid patients if you are secretly going to have different treatment plans to maximize a buck. These are babies and children here. So sad.

That is EXACTLY what they do! The staff are friendly, attentive, and very knowledgeable. All of my questions are answered, and fears/worries are calmed. I can call to speak to a nurse and hear back from them within 24-48 hours. The receptionists are happy and helpful (within their scope! If they don't know an answer, they find out for me). I have never had a problem scheduling an appointment for my child. I am signed up for automated text messages from the scheduling software and get reminders 1 week, 3 days, and day of about all appointments. I am able to check-in on my phone at home to make sure all of my insurance and credit card information is up to date and to cut down on time spent in the waiting room. I have never had to wait to be seen for more than 15 minutes. I wish I was still a kid so I could be a patient here too!!

But I was getting emails and text saying differently. She told me to shut up! Customers are never right! I asked for my kids medical forms (I signed the release) and over a month later never received them. When I spoke to the office manager she never even tried to make this right. I've been with Dr. Roman and MarySue for over 18 years. But they merged with this office and the customer service went out the door.

Also easy to schedule and have not had any problems with payment or insurance. Overall VERY happy with this office and Dr Rhonda Yono-Atisha as my son's pediatrician.

That was at least another 20 minutes. This is no good when you have two under three. Not fun for anyone! The rooms aren't super clean either. A simple sweep through with a swifter shouldn't take more than two minutes with the small size of the room. Contemplating looking for another pediatrician.
