He did an amazing job on our messy front yard during visit one. On visit two, we focused on the back, explicitly skipping lawn mowing and palm trimming. I ran errands and returned to an unfinished job with Daniel gone. I texted him, and we had a very transparent conversation when he returned. Unlike most who would bail, he actually came back to finish. I noted future upkeep would only take 1.5-2 hours, but Daniel felt he couldn't meet the scope for that price and wanted more. I fully respect his decision for his business. He's a hard-working guy, and the job gets done right for the right price. I wish it could have worked out!

He encouraged me to go exchange it, left to complete another job, and then came back later that afternoon to install the correct fan. He made sure everything was perfect before he left.
