We recently had him out to handle a major cleaning--including our travertine floors, carpets, area rugs, and upholstery--and the results are absolutely stunning. Here is why I can't recommend him enough: Expert Care for All Surfaces: Mario is a master of his craft. Our travertine looks brand new, and he handled our area rugs and upholstery with incredible attention to detail. Green & Safe: One of the biggest wins for us was his use of green, non-toxic products. It's such a relief to have a sparkling clean home without any harsh chemical smells, especially knowing it's safe for the whole family. Thorough & Professional: He didn't rush the process. Mario was incredibly meticulous, ensuring every spot was addressed. He is the definition of a professional--punctual, courteous, and very respectful of our home. Reasonable Pricing: For the level of quality and the sheer amount of work he did, his rates were extremely fair and transparent. It is rare to find this level of service and integrity. We knew that carpet cleaners would need to be called. I googled Local East County carpet cleaners later that morning. Kevin answered the call, listened to my dilemma, and pushed back another client so that he could fit me in. He and Johnny showed up around 1045 as promised, and cleaned every speck of our son's bedroom carpet to perfection. And to top it off, he cleaned our master bedroom carpet and two small guest bedroom carpets for the very affordable base price he quoted me on the phone. That is what I call incredible customer service. I will be contacting them about their duct cleaning service very soon. Support a family owned local business and call Kevin when you need carpet cleaning, house cleaning, or other services that will keep you happy and healthy.

However, the trade off can't with the agreement that we give the couches a deep cleaning. With kids, who knows the things that could possibly be living in there! We initially reached out to a well-known carpet cleaning company. Unfortunately, it didn't work out since we didn't have a hose connection on or property and they didn't have the portable cleaning machine. Womp womp. I did a good ol' Yelp search and created a project for my couch cleaning needs. John was the first to reach back out with a quote and was super responsive! I like to move quickly especially with getting these couches cleaned. I did a pre-clean myself and it was intense so John had his work cut out for him. The first pass through made more of the dirt come out...scary! But he was honest and said if it still was there after it dried, he'd come back and clean it. It smelled great, but it was still a bit stained. John was kind enough to come back and do another pass for no additional charge! Second time's a charm! He did a great job and honestly, it was John's customer service and honesty that sold me! I am glad I can support a small local business, and with kids, I will definitely be using his services again in the future!

Jason: The Best Carpet Cleaner and Floor Guy to the Rescue…read more We have been using Jason for a couple of years, and every time he comes, he transforms our carpets (at home and in our offices); however, I felt compelled to write a review to share how I continue to be overwhelmed with gratitude for Jason always going above and beyond. Not only does he work wonders on our carpets, but these past couple of days, he stepped in as a true hero when our furry family member had an unexpected health issue. Jason's extraordinary compassion, quick response, and genuine care transformed a challenging situation into an incredibly heartwarming experience. When my husband reached out to Jason, without hesitation, he rearranged his busy schedule to come to our rescue. We were not only worried about the stains and odors but also concerned about the safety of my elderly mother, as the buckling of the floor had become a safety issue, as there was just too much pee in the carpet padding that affected the underlying hardwood floors. As soon as Jason arrived, his warm smile and comforting presence instantly put us at ease. He understood the distress it caused and reassured us that everything would be taken care of. He then got right to work by skillfully pulling up the carpet, replacing the padding, and diligently fixing the buckling problem. The transformation was truly remarkable. Not only did Jason make the carpets look beautiful, but he also ensured a secure and stable flooring surface. The peace of mind it brought us, especially in regard to my mother's safety, cannot be overstated. He went above and beyond, treating and cleaning the affected areas. I also continue to be in awe of not only Jason's technical prowess but also the genuine care he ALWAYS shows towards our furry family members. Being an animal lover, this was something I noticed the first time he came. His authentic love for animals was evident in every interaction, and especially this time, with our dog's health issues, brought us immense comfort. I CANNOT RECOMMEND JASON ENOUGH. His exceptional skills, coupled with his kindness and compassion, make him a true hero. He not only saved our carpets but also provided solace and support when we needed it the most. With Jason, you can trust that your carpets will be in good hands, and he will tell you if the stain will come back so you always know what to expect. He is very honest and hardworking.
