Again, court orders were not followed, rules were repeatedly broken (not just those set by the court, but FACES own rules as well) and my child was subjected to manipulation and interrogation by the NCP, because these monitors have no clue! They are young, untrained and ill equipped to recognize what is going on right under their noses. Many of the office staff are equally as untrained and clueless. And if you're a dad and the custodial parent....ohhhhhh, watch out. They are sympathetic to mothers, so be prepared for them to try and help the NCP moms.

He spoke negatively about me directly to my partner and made unnecessary, inappropriate comments (including remarks about my emotions that felt dismissive rather than constructive). We only attended two sessions because the therapy was not helpful, supportive, or conducive to personal or relational growth. Instead of fostering understanding or healing, the sessions left me feeling judged and undermined. Overall, this was not a positive or productive experience.

I have quite a long email but not complicated (my full name). I even spelled it out and from what I remember I don't think he repeated it to me. One week later and nothing was sent. I reached out again and spoke to a woman. She apologized said she would reach out to her team to get those consent forms over she also took down my email and did not confirm it. One week later again and nothing. I was told virtual services would start in a few days which I was really looking forward to... but if this is the bad communication I have in store I think I'll take my business elsewhere.
