I also like the 'rewards' they send out for regular customers. It's a fun store to just wander in too.

Let The buyer beware!! I was in need of 2 extra keys for…read moredifferent objects. I went to Burggraf's Ace Hardware to have them made. One of the keys they made worked, the other did not. I used the other original key just before leaving home with no problem. The lock opened (as I expected it would). When I returned home I tried the new key and it would NOT open the lock. To my surprise neither would the original! Returning to the store a different employee said the original key looked bent and he tried to straighten it. He informed me he would speak to the store manager and the owner and that perhaps I would have to go to Minnesota Locksmith. I said in order to save a "house call" I would bring the item to the locksmith. The following day, before going to Minnesota Locksmith, I phoned Burggraf's Ace Hardware and was told the manager and owner declined to help me with this matter. I don't hold the young man that made the keys responsible. Mistakes happen. All I know is the key worked when I brought it to the store and now I'm left without the ability to open the lock! Thank goodness for the owner of Minnesota Locksmith. He did everything in his power to help resolve my dilemma - even reaching out to someone else. Thanks to Burggraf's Ace Hardware the lock is inoperable. So, when you need a key made go to a reputable merchant like Minnesota Locksmith. You'll be glad you did! Patty A.

So....we went in to L&M, where we bought it 6 years ago. Bob and Laurie listened to our dilemma; turns out there were 3 days left on the warranty! Not only did Laurie send us home with a replacement water heater, she allowed us to keep the defective one until we could transfer the fluids! So on a Friday afternoon of Memorial Day weekend we were able to get a new Whirlpool fridge delivered to our cabin just after 6 pm. I did have to pay the guy a little extra. However, Yourchuck's was not willing to do a delivery that weekend. Plus the appliance selection was better at Jenneman's than Yourchuck's. Very good live minnows and night crawlers at better prices than anywhere else around. They also have tackle and poles. They have gas pumps that I think are open 24 hours a day. They also have a post office, dvd video rental and sell liquor. This is a really nice one stop shop in the area a hop skip and a jump from my cabin. If you need anything stop in and if they don't have it they will tell you where you can get it.

They are always willing to help you out in finding an item or making sure that it us the right item to help you. Very well stocked with typical hardware items in garden, electrucal, plumbing, paint, etc. They also have a housewares section. Additionally, I have used their small engine repair services, located in a separate building across the parking lot. Very reasonable and pretty prompt. Lots of parking all around the building. I recommend this store!
