I found this place really great. Glad I didn't read the other reviews before we stopped. This place has just about everything you might need especially if you are headed to the "cabin". Yours, mine, and our-chucks is the greatest store on earth. Imagine a beer and wine selection as far as the eye can see. They have Siren Dragons apparel, bait, weird cardboard cutouts, novelty beer items, and pretty much anything else you could imagine. I was recently in Wisconsin visiting friends for the weekend. We decided to go into Siren Wisconsin and pick up a few things. We ended up at chuck's true value in siren. I have been legally blind for four years, and I travel with a service animal that is certified through the Guide Dog Foundation in New York. I carry all his paperwork but I've never in two years been asked to produce it. An old man who I found out was the store. Owner approached me while I was shopping with my wife and told me no dogs allowed. I informed him that he was a certified Guide Dog and produce the paperwork to assure him. He did not care he did not want me in his store and was very rude. We left without purchasing anything and my friends, which live in the area will never shop at his store again. it's hard enough to be disabled and be blind. His store was empty anyway, so I am assuming that this individual provides horrible service to potentially anyone that walks through his doors. This gentleman is the epitome of asshole. Please do not purchase items from his overpriced, dusty store that is owned by someone who doesn't believe in treating others kindly. This is the first time in two years that I have ever been denied access as a person with a disability. It figures I was denied access by an uneducated, rude old man, who has nothing better to do. horrible service. read more

If I could rate the wine selection I'd give it 5 stars, however I'm rating the service and store in general. The majority of items are WAY overpriced- think tourist prices all year round. This is a small town and you'd think it'd have that kind of charm but no, along with the overpriced,dusty merchandise you get a big heaping pile of indifference sprinkled with rudeness nuggets. If you absolutely need wine at a slightly better price than the grocery down the road stop in, just don't expect anything looking like customer service to happen. read more

Purchased a Green Thumb heavy duty oscillating sprinkler ($32.95). Supposed to cover up to 4500 sq ft. It barely covers 400. The cheap one I already have works much better! Tried to return it the next day. They would not take it back because it was "used". Buyer Beware! read more

Poor customer service. Attempted to return unmixed paint--told required receipt and store credit was not available because prices changed every day. Located receipt--attempted to return again and again declined because did not have original credit card in hand. Cashier advised that if we wanted to change the policy we should purchase the store--I don't think this was an option. It may be beneficial to consider a software update to allow items to be return to the card charged without the card--it's a technology most retailers have had available for greater than a decade. read more

Terrible customer service. Bad quality products. I bought a hose to hook up to my camper. Both ends immediately were faulty. Brought a better (longer, more durable and STILL less expensive than yourchucks) and had no problems. I went to return said hose, which I obviously tried using, hence why I'm returning it. Worker said I need receipt and original packaging, (which I had) and they could only do a return with their "boss" there. So I had to come back a different day. Finally got to their boss and he wouldn't accept my return because "I banged it all up". ?! I tried coiling the hose, but because it was such a cheap product, it bent, and where it bent, it discolored! I paid $30 for that crap hose. Never going there again. read more

I went into this store on Friday to pick up parts for a drain system on the camper, pvc fittings were all messed up but found what I could make work. Went there Saturday to pick up more parts for another campers drain. As we were piecing things together the owner comes over and starts to argue with me on us putting stuff in the wrong bins, he starting throwing these fittings on the ground and cursing at us, he told us to get out and he would put the stuff I had laying out away. Wow was he crabby! Buy your stuff elsewhere to save you headaches of this owner. Pretty much the whole campground knows about this incident now. read more

What an exceptional store. Yourchuck's is the place to go for whatever you need. From crafts to Christmas stuff to fishing and hunting. Clothing puzzles, games, and toys. They have the greatest selection of wine, liquor and beer anywhere! We also like how clean the restrooms always are kept. We had been coming up to Siren for over 30 years for vacations and retired in the area. Glad to have a store like this around. read more

One of the few businesses around here that cares about the COVID-19 pandemic. Used to rarely shop here for hardware needs but because the other local hardware stores don't use ANY PPE, we will not shop with them any more. We now go here for all of our hardware needs and will continue to do so. We appreciate having a safer option when going out is a necessity. read more

We tried to shop here the weekend of July 4, 2010. We found moldy tomatos and a huge display of expired Little Debbies (best before 08/09 - 05/10) and some killer cassettes that were buy one/get two free. It was a case of having a bit of everything, but nothing anyone would want, let alone need. Well, that's not true. They did have the liquor section in the back. That was helpful. read more

Massive store with all kinds of inventory at absurd prices. The older gentleman refused to lend me a nail so I could poke a hole in a piece of plastic. I didn't need to buy a box full. "Yea guy, I know you sell them here, but can I just borrow one?" - "No, we don't have any." read more

A store with amazingly great inventory from the wine to nuts and bolts. A combination of a general store, liquor store, hardware store, they have a little bit of just about everything you need. Also a store with amazingly horrible customer service. Everyone there is grumpy, they don't smile, they make you feel like they're doing you a favor just to check you out. If you're looking for something, don't expect a friendly, happy employee to come and assist you. They will just let you wander around until you're frustrated and leave. If they had average customer service with employees who at wanted to be there, were friendly and help people, they would have an awesome store. I've been there many times, dealt with all the employees. They are all old and crotchety. Management should just replace them all with great customer service people. read more

I have been going to Siren Wi for over 25yrs and have went to Yourchuck's out of convenience not because of being a friendly neighborhood hardware store. I have never received a hello or kind word from the Manager/owner only smug looks. On 14Aug15 I stopped to make a purchase of liquor ice-cream and cabin snacks. There was only one check out person and the manager was watching her like a hawk, never offering to open another line or give anyone help. I unloaded my things and one of the wine cooler bottles fell out of the paper holder hitting my foot and smashing on the floor. The 1st words from the managers mouth is YOU WILL PAY FOR THAT. I said really? I had over $50 worth of merchandize this bottle cost less than a dollar. OK .. what ever. The man behind me said really you said that to her and left the store saying I'm not giving this place any business . I was never asked if I was okay. However his next sentence is..... Forget it. You are not happy ... Leave, You can't buy anything. I am not selling you anything. Just leave. OKAY if this is customer service just slap me. I will never give this store business again I feel bad for his employees. Small towns are normally the best. I am sorry this person lacks personality! read more
