August in Hayward was not the time for Christmas gifts. CUTE kiddie clothing. Warm socks. Shows straight for over the pond. A few choice Rosemaling pieces from a local artist. Beautiful. Pricy but worth it. My grandma had many of the same pieces in her home years ago. Great store. I bought a bumper sticker because this Norwegian couldn't find anything worth dropping a wad of cash but I'm glad I stopped in.

Stove Works on County Road B is exceptional at what they do. I have a 3000 sq foot home and I…read morehave wanted to heat my large home with my fireplace more efficiently. I initially made the mistake of going to North Woods Stove & Fireplace. The rude North Woods people would not give me the time of day. Zero interest in my situation at North Woods; so I went to Stove Works, and met with Matt and his team. They listened to me, suggested a perfect solution, and they showed me a floor model Pacific Energy insert. After the team answered all my questions, I could tell this was the right solution and I made plans to purchase it. Steve and his team came out to take measurements, and before I knew it (and ahead of schedule) the friendly Stove Works team was onsite installing my new fireplace insert and chimney insert. Installation service was exemplary. My insert works like a charm and gives me 5X more efficient heat generation than my old fireplace. Matt and his team are terrific. I highly recommend Stove Works & Fireplace Center.
