I laughed bc i am in the insurance world. I left that that day and took my family of 3 with me. The entire staff was wearing masks, they enforced mask wearing in the lobby, and they even called me in my car to notify me when it was safe to come in so I would have to wait as little as possible in the lobby. Solon Dental Excellence has been my dentist for over 15 years and I can't recommend them enough, especially right now for taking such responsible precautions during this scary time. When I called Toni the office manager informed me I owed for a cleaning and crown setting from 2020. I live in Florida since then and never got a bill. They sent me to collections. I referred dozens of clients there over the years. Toni on her matter of fact rude way told me I have to pay it. I will not pay it and they can write it off. This place is not the same anymore and I would steer clear. I would give the current office 0 stars if I could for treating a loyal client like a degenerate. Rather than just say I needed veneers (which would be considered cosmetic) Dr Rose recommended we do enamel fillings. I am so thrilled with the results and you would never know I had chips in my teeth even if you look real close. Veneers run the risk of getting bacteria under them and I didn't want to risk that just to cover a couple unsightly chips. This office, the staff and Dr Rose are all wonderful, professional, caring and friendly which is SO important important for dental service. I don't know anyone who says, "yippee I get to go to the dentist today" but Dr. Rose and his staff never make me feel pressured or rushed, I always know what to expect as far as service and cost (no surprises). They notify me of what my insurance will cover and are great at offering alternatives if I'm not comfortable with the first care plan given.
