Well morning comes now she isn't putting any weight on her hind leg. Since we live in Hyde Park and we're recommended we have them a chance. We sent over our dogs medical records and filled out usual first timer stuff. We met Sarah who was very nice and compassionate to our little baby. Next we met Dr. Garner. Super chill and listened to two concerned parents and once he gather the information began his journey. Took blood to rule out Lyme, negative He felt the knee and hip area and did not feel any anomalies. But just to be sure took an X-ray. He came out into the waiting room with his tablet and he had her X-rays to review. Lucky no broken bones or fractures. He gave us some medicine to help with bone health and a meal supplement/vitamin because they are both (yes we have 2) finicky eaters. I would say for being 1 st time customers we felt welcomed and given appropriate attention. One day later we see a slight improvement at least weight baring today so we are hopeful it was only a strain and should make a good recovery. I would certainly bring our girls here for any routine care. Outstanding staff too.

I was told to take him to an emergency vet service even though they were open and my dogs difficulty breathing came from medicine they had prescribed. I was told they didnt have an open appointment and only one vet on. I told them I wanted to speak to the doctor. They said they were with a patient and would have to get back to me. This was around 8:55am. I live less than 10 minutes away. My dog died in my arms less than 1 hour later. I was stunned that they showed no compassion to myself or my pet who they had cared for since 2010. The doctor called me at 1:15pm and stated, "I'm calling to see how Cooper is doing". I informed her that he passed away in the morning. She never apologized or addressed the fact that they wouldnt let me bring him in. Maybe there is nothing they could have done but I guess we will never know because they didnt care enough to see him. They definitely are not the same place they were years ago. The only thing that is important to them now is money, not the pets that we love. My family is brokenhearted over the loss of our Cooper.

I got there and was confronted immediately because I just walked in. I wasn't told to wait outside and call because they have a dog who would attack my cats, so it seemed rude. I went into a room to wait and I overheard two women talking about my visit there. The vet was speaking in a very condescending tone saying my cats needed liver & kidney function tests and she wouldn't just hand medicine over to me. She hadn't even met me or the cats yet but her tone was extremely rude. I didn't stay. They shamed me because I didn't have their vet records with me and pretty much called me a liar when I told them they had their last rabies shots in 2021. I even said if they needed another shot, that was fine. I called for a specific need and they weren't going to do that without driving up the fees they were going to charge me and I still wasn't going to get the medication to help ease the cats experience in our car. Worst part was my car is in the shop and I needed to rent a car to get them to the appointment. So all told I spent close to $300 between their upfront fee and car rental and this doctor couldn't care less. Don't go here. They are rude and don't care about helping you in Any way at all.

My appointment was at 11:30. I arrived at 11:25 and called to let them know I knew I was early but checking in. They said they would get me in at my appointment time. Okay, cool. My cat doesn't travel well and they know that as I'd told them before but they hadn't given me any help with it. At 11:37 I called again to see if we could get her in as she was panting and even out of her carrier I couldn't calm her. I was told they were running behind and would get to me shortly. I waited until 11:45, when I called again and was greeted with an attitude upon telling them who I was. I explained I would like to reschedule as we had been waiting so long and my cat was not doing well. The vet, who shouldn't be answering phones or even dealing with people, had an attitude and told me they would get to me when they get to me and if I reschedule, I'd have to pay a cancelation fee. I told her that if I hadn't been waiting over 15 minutes I wouldn't be leaving and hung up. This is the email I got from them and proof of my call logs. Do not go to these people, the Dr is terrible. I was told by my vet tech professor to not go into this line of work if you don't like both people and animals. It's time to retire.
