After speaking with Kevin (owner) and discussing my immediate needs we set an appointment for two days out and agree on pricing. Kevin kept in constant communication with me and provided updates as promised. Day of appointment he and his crew arrive on time and get to work. There was allot of deep cleaning required for this bathroom but when they were done it looked like new and the odor was gone.
