There's a ton of seating in the main area, and if that's not enough, there's a whole other seating area around the corner. Everything looked really tasty but we decided to try a couple of savory pastries, both of which were delicious and fresh. For my drink, I went with the Vanilla Sweet Cream Cold Brew ("Cold brew coffee with vanilla and topped with sweet cream"), which certainly quenched my thirst and need for a pick-me-up. I want to single out the staff, too. Everybody was super friendly and helpful, and the manager even stopped by our table and offered our daughter a complimentary bear-shaped madeleine. Paris Baguette is a very welcome addition to the neighborhood. We'll definitely be returning.

We left and decided very quickly to go right back in and get the lemon meringue choux. It was also amazing. They clearly take such care in their preparation and quality of ingredients. I've never had choux taste as exquisite as that. It was impeccably made, delicate and the fillings were the perfect balance between sweet and tart (for the lemon). I HIGHLY recommend visiting. What makes me the saddest isn't even the desserts. It's the memories. This used to be our family's go-to place. Birthdays, family gatherings, random dessert cravings... this was our spot. Prices aren't posted, but it was just under $10 for 2 pieces that I got. When I arrived, near closing, they had B1G1 free on their tiramisu, so I saw that as a sign. They were delicious and still tasted free, not too sweet! (I took a pic of their price list and it seems very reasonable!) Judging on what they offer and what I've read, they have Austrian/German roots. Lady who helped me could've been friendlier/enthusiastic, but again, it was the end of the day. It was 3:30 pm, so the cafe was empty. The selection is beautiful and they make everything fresh. I chatted with one of the owners (maybe?) and she talked about some of their specialties and special orders. She served me at a table even though I was only getting a small snack.
