What makes me the saddest isn't even the desserts. It's the memories. This used to be our family's go-to place. Birthdays, family gatherings, random dessert cravings... this was our spot. Prices aren't posted, but it was just under $10 for 2 pieces that I got. When I arrived, near closing, they had B1G1 free on their tiramisu, so I saw that as a sign. They were delicious and still tasted free, not too sweet! (I took a pic of their price list and it seems very reasonable!) Judging on what they offer and what I've read, they have Austrian/German roots. Lady who helped me could've been friendlier/enthusiastic, but again, it was the end of the day. It was 3:30 pm, so the cafe was empty. The selection is beautiful and they make everything fresh. I chatted with one of the owners (maybe?) and she talked about some of their specialties and special orders. She served me at a table even though I was only getting a small snack. I'll definitely come by again, and next year I'm ordering one of those German fruit cakes. :)
