The flooring is peeling throughout the house, including at the edge of our stairs, which is both disappointing and concerning. When I noticed the damage, I searched online and saw that the same product, Los Angeles Collection, Hancock Park was still listed on their website. I called ahead to confirm availability, and the sales associate told me they had 100 pieces in stock. Based on that, I went into the store and purchased two pieces. After the purchase, I was told the product wasn't in that warehouse and I would need to wait 30 minutes while they checked another location. Thirty minutes later, I was then told the item was discontinued and no longer available anywhere. This was incredibly frustrating, especially since the product is still listed on their website and still shows as in stock in their system, which is how I was able to purchase it in the first place. Even the sales associate was unaware it had been discontinued. Long story short: the product quality is poor, and even more troubling is the lack of organization, communication, and accuracy in their inventory and business practices. This was a huge investment for our home, and the experience has been nothing but disappointing. I would strongly recommend staying far away. There are far better alternatives out there. I ran into Tile & Cabinet Expo for my last try. So glad I came here. I met Andrew who patiently showed me different kinds of tiles. He carefully provided the quote per square foot. I requested to take the sample home so I can see how the tiles look with my cabinets, wall and lighting. Andrew was very courteous and helped me with the samples to the car. He didn't send us pictures of what he had received, but yet took our money right away. We ordered 20 pieces to match what we already had. We picked up the order and it was not the same. Jose claimed that it was tumbled.............it was NOT. Jose said tumbled is the holes that it has on the surface. Not true; tumbled is when the edges are a bit rounded and not perfectly squared off like these are. We are not happy at all, worse off is that they won't take it back or try to even contact the actual manufacturer to get something more close to what we requested. Also, we had already paid for it. Not a place of trust and we will never go there again.

The owner was very responsive when we called him in the morning and were looking to come check out his inventory. He was quite accommodating when we sent him a photo of what we were looking for and sent back pictures of everything he had that looked similarly. When we arrived to take a look at the pieces he had, it was a little tough to view since everything was hidden away and stacked upon each other. But we had to leave quickly, so we went ahead and put in an order. The prices are reasonable and competitive with another wholesaler in the area, but you do need a contractor license to get these prices. Make sure you double check before paying since we ended up paying for an extra slab that we didn't want, but I suppose there was a miscommunication on how many we needed. Where the issue was was when our contractor picked up the slabs a week or so later and brought them back to get installed. We discovered a slab was stained already. When we called the owner to get a refund, he came to try to remove the stain and after he was unsuccessful, wouldn't even do us the service of taking the slab back and giving us a refund. He said we had to take it back to be returned. We relied on our contractor to take the slab back to get returned, but we didn't end up returning it due to an issue with our project, so I can't say how that process turned out, but am still miffed about the lack of service on their part.

Jenny even helped me simplify my In wall coffee maker and in wall oven they just use oven cabinets so much better than thinking you need a custom cabinet! What a great experience.

We've been using the remodeled kitchen for about 2 weeks now. We bought cabinets, quartz counter…read moreand hood range. Showroom: Quite a few examples of different kitchen styles. One of them happened to look very close to what we were looking for which is a nice coincidence for us. White cabinets on top and dark blue cabinets on bottom. Quality: Cabinets seem pretty decent. Not sawdust, but multiple layers of thin wood (sorry I'm not savvy with construction terminology). So not the best, but not the worst. No issues using it for 3 weeks so far. Delivery: They do not do delivery, it's pick up only. However with the colors/styles ones we wanted, it was in stock so we could pick it up at any time (we set an appointment for the following Monday). Also it's all in pieces so it needs to be constructed together (it was a surprise to me, but fortunately my contractor knows what they're doing ha). FYI the quartz counter was not pre-cut, some people specialized in cutting it brought it to our place and custom cut it. Not sure if it was part of Asia Building Supply or my contractor, but figured it was worth noting. Service: It's very umm... I think it's fine, but if you've been to an authentic Chinese restaurant, you'll know they aren't here to hold your hand and tell you what's good on the menu. They don't have time for that. If you need something, you flag them down and tell them what you want. They are very blunt and to the point. Jenny helped us, and what a math wiz calculating how much space we have and what style cabinets will fit with what dimensions we have. She will then make a visual model of what it will look like. She'll also point out if things seem strange (like our spice rack near the sink instead of the stove... it's just how our space fits). Definitely have kitchen dimensions ready as well as what you plan to have in your space. We did ask her what was the best hood range, so we're pleased with what we got. Price: I think since this was a wholesaler it's much cheaper than going to a cabinet specialty store. Just make sure you have an awesome contractor! For reference, Asia Building's cabinets + counter + hood range ended up being 6k. Whereas the cabinet stores we went to (which do cabinet installation only and not demolition) quoted 32k. We're still in the process of unpacking/cleaning up so it's currently a bit of a mess haha. Here's a photo of when it was still a WIP.
