Don't list that you're taking new patients if you're not taking new patients. Waste of time and rude honestly about it.

Dr. Lucy is great! She provides great care without compromising what she believes in. She doesn't…read moreprescribe drugs if you don't absolutely need them, so don't even think about asking her for antibiotics for your runny nose. She also makes science based recommendations instead of following the newest fads, so she probably won't agree with the latest Dr. Oz diet or believe the "I cured my cancer with diet and exercise alone" stories. She does have a great sense of humor, and will make you feel at ease in the most awkward conversations. I love that I can email her a question and get a response usually within 24hrs, and she doesn't make me feel dumb for asking ridiculous questions. She uses an online patient records portal so I can keep track of test results and make appointments online. She can usually do same day appointments too if you you give her a call. If you need blood work she takes it herself right there in the office, so no need to wait in line at the phlebotomist office. She usually has a "wait it out" approach if she doesn't think an issue is terribly urgent, which could be off putting to some people, but I think this approach makes me feel like she is putting my needs ahead of her bank account. So far she has been right! She is a blogger (https://dinosaurmusings.wordpress.com/about/) and a writer, so you can check out some her "musings" and decide if she sounds like someone you would want to be your doctor. If you don't understand/like her sense of humor, or disagree with her philosophy, she might not be right for you. She is always warm and polite, but direct when she has something important to say...and then frequently follows up with a joke. I think she is awesome, but I could see how some people might not appreciate her. She is who she is...never change Dr. Lucy!

He answered all of my questions, explained things in clear detail and provided great recommendations for skin care. He's very personable and makes you feel comfortable in the office! The office is very clean and has great parking. I was seen almost as soon as I arrived, with no wait time. I would recommend Penn Medicine Valley Forge for your next dermatology appointment!

Penn medicine has gotten really bad the last few years. I had seen Reena Graff. She was mean as a…read moresnake and eyes so dark and scary I left the appt!. Went another provider and got everything taken care off.Reena Graff wanted me to go to physical therapy. My new doctor laughed at this and prescribed the appropriate pain medications. I will never return to any Penn Medicine especially Valley forge and Radnor apps that are 7 minuts long. These Penn Medicine doctors have been terrible. No nutritional advice after a CDK diagnosis!. Horrible place for care!. O Stars!. A cured patient is a lost customer to these follks!.0 Stars.Dont waste your time or money. Its the money wheel I call it.One doctor sends you to his friend and then to another. Its all about the dirty rotten paper. Please dont contact me!. I never want to come over there.I need surgery on my ulnar nerve because the maintenance person Mr Campbell didn't grind down the rebarb sticking out of the ground on the top floor. A light pole blew over and they left the rusted steel rebarb down in 5 minuts before I made it back to the garage it was gone!. My Attorneys told them don't erase the tapes. My friend in security told me it's all on camera and I have photos of it or they would have denied it. Be careful with these people they have obvious fake reviews with one liners and no picture that why I switched to this Yelp site. They can't pay to take these honest reviews down!.The quality of care here is awful.Even the lab doesn't have Castile soap wipes for urine tests!. This is pertinent to remove any bacteria that could get into the specimens!. The bathrooms are nasty and I always bring rubber gloves!. They treat the employees pretty bad and they not paid great or treated well.If that trolley wasn't there they would have nobody to work!. Most employees I'm friends with dont like working here. The place is huge and you'll have one doctor and nobody's around.A 7 minut appointment isn't enough plus you're just an invoice number to these people. Really impersonal. The portal makes it very hard on patient I refuse to use it.They never answer you back in the 48 buisness hours it's a joke.I called them because I only have use of my right hand and my eyes are blurry from medications. They sent me to the ER 4 times last year. They told me to go after my BP was high and I was treated bad there.I was treated at my local hospital as a frequent flyer and warned them this would happen. Now I'm embarrassed to go to the hospital.I had surgery again this time at Einstein and they were fantastic, caring, empathetic, and explained everything and told my 2 wife's what to do as well!. Praise Allah!.

The office staff can be very busy and I know that sometimes we want to be treated as if we were the only person who matters. I have found that if I go in with a smile on my face, I always get one back. The patient portal is a great tool for communicating with your doctor between visits. We have moved 50 minutes away and I'm not changing doctors.

Today I received a nasty letter stating that I didn't reply to a letter they allegedly sent me in February. The letter went on to chastise me for not coming in within the past year, and indicated that if I do not contact them "now" to schedule an appointment, they will be contacting my insurance carrier. They will tell the carrier that I have elected to discontinue my "assignation" with their providers. The letter went on to state that they will only be able to provide me with emergency care until 5/14/26, as "this 30 day period should allow you adequate time to locate and select another physician of your choice. We strongly recommend that you place yourself with another provider as soon as possible." Keep in mind that I received this letter today, May 5, 2026. The letter is dated 4/14/26, and the practice is about a fifteen minute drive from my house. So they put me on notice that they're also putting my insurance carrier on notice that "our doctor/patient relationship will be terminated." Good. Saves me the trouble.
