Staff is warm, friendly, welcoming, and on top of their game. Very modern office and equipment, thorough exam and cleaning, addressing and educating about any of my concerns. Thanks, Dr. Patel & staff for always providing a great experience! read more

I have been going go SolidSMILES since I was in high school, and they have always been very kind and patient with me. The office is always clean and welcoming, and I've only ever had great experiences here! read more

I don't normally write reviews, but I felt very compelled to share the amazing experience I had with Dr. Patel and her staff. I've spent my whole childhood and teenage years going to dentists and orthodontists and Dr. Patel is by far the most reliable and trustworthy dentist I've ever had. She and her staff are always focused on the patient, they're never distracted or sloppy. During a grueling 2-hour session on fixing my teeth from previous dentists' mistakes, they kept providing the same quality from start to finish. I can happily say my teeth are in the best and most beautiful condition ever because of Dr. Patel and her staff. She and her staff are also VERY positive and they don't gossip! They're very kind, and genuinely go out of their way to provide great service. read more

I was extremely impressed with Dr. Patel. It was hard to find a dentist who didn't tell me I had i million cavities and that I needed fillings on every back tooth. She even did my cleaning on the same day herself! It was very through. The office was very modern and beautiful. I could tell a lot a thought had been put into the design aspects. -Kim read more

Going to the dentist wasn't my ideal Friday afternoon activity but Dr. Patel turned it into such a great experience for me! No judgy attitude about my shotty flossing habits, no painful poking around my teeth, and I got to watch The Office while she cleaned my teeth! She and her hygienist made sure I was very comfortable from start to finish and she was very informative about my dental health. If you've been holding off on going to the dentist because it's been too long, DON'T! This will probably be the best experience with the dentist you'll ever have! read more

I had nothing but a great experience at solidSMILES! Dr. Patel and her team were great and very accommodating while I was at the office. I was offered tea/coffee and water by the receptionist which was very surprising because no other dental office I've been to has done that! They make you feel at home which is a nice change from other dentists. I came in for my 6 month cleaning and came out with a bright smile! Dr. Patel explained everything as she was going along and also listened to me while I explained my pain points. I enjoyed watching Netflix during the cleaning and the time couldn't have gone faster! I was in and out in no time, very efficient and thorough office. I will definitely be visiting Dr. Patel again in 6 months! read more

Honest, Hard Working, Quick in and out, no BS, no Upselling, kid friendly, games and iPods! Love this place, I had my teeth looked at by Hiral and her staff. Cleaning was done quick and they told exactly what's going on and why. They focus on preventative care, AND they don't upsell you on useless crap. Would recommended this place to anyone read more

Amazing service from start to finish! Everyone was really nice and Dr. Patel was so sociable. I wish I could've talked more during my teeth cleaning. I love the touch of the TV above while cleaning and the pictures they take of your teeth that you can see. Dr. Patel caught a lot of things that previous providers didn't and worked out a plan to fix them. I would definitely recommend her. read more

I have a big fear of the dentist. I have had horrible experiences each time I have gone to get work done. Dr. Patel is the first dentist that I can say cares about her patients. Dr. Patel and her staff has been the best and that's is saying a lot for me. Dr. Patel has been patient, kind, and understanding with my fear of the dentist. She explains what she is doing while doing it and what to expect. She has been very honest and answers all my questions. I recently had some work done and she actually called to check on me and I mean she did not her staff which would be impressive enough but she called to ensure I was doing well. I've never had a dentist do that. I would highly recommend Dr. Patel to any and everyone. read more

Best dentist office I've ever been to. The staff is so kind and the dentist is very knowledgeable, gentle and friendly. I loved them so much that I brought my daughter and boyfriend in the very next week as new patients. read more

Dr. Patel was very friendly and her staff was too. She did an excellent job with my teeth. I plan to take my family to her and would recommend her to friends for sure. The outreach to patients has also been very good. read more

Dr. Patel takes the time to show you your radiographs, goes over which problem areas or cavities she is watching, and discusses any procedures she recommends in depth. She is not one to push unnecessary procedures and will work with you to create a dental plan that both of you feel comfortable with. I highly recommend solidSMILES and Dr. Patel! read more

Dr. Patel's biggest attribute is that she truly cares about her patients. She gives each patient the proper time and attention they need, and my experience was no different. I went in for a regular six-month cleaning but we thoroughly discussed various options I was considering and interested in including retainers, teeth whitening treatments, and even veneers. The appointment did not feel rushed at all. On top of that, Dr. Patel is trustworthy; you don't have to worry about whether she's recommending something simply because she wants to make an extra buck. She will only recommend something if its necessary to the well-being of your oral hygiene. It seems like fewer and fewer dentists are truly trustworthy these days! Thanks to Dr. Patel for a great experience - will be coming back for more (hopefully cleanings and not treatments)! read more

Had a great cleaning at solidSMILES. I will admit that I "forget" to floss most days. Dr. Patel was extra meticulous in her methods and showed me the before/after pictures of my teeth which really motivated me to floss more. My visit went very smoothly. Highly recommend! read more

Is it possible to love a dentist office as a whole? Lol I'm not a "leave a review" type person. Generally because I'm always super busy, but I love Dr. Patel and the ladies here. They were so welcoming and full of life. You definitely don't get that dreadful feeling of "ugh the dentist." Dr. Patel was super informative and I love that as soon as I walked in the office she introduced herself. Usually leaving the dentist office my mouth hurts and it's gritty because they are so rough and never rinse everything thoroughly but again, Dr. Patel was amazing!!! I have my next appointment set and my kiddo's! read more

My experience was GREAT!! Dr. Patel is so sweet kind and sooooo patient. She took out time to explain the process to me. Her office is very organized and the staff is patient and on top of their duties. They go above and beyond to make sure the patient is comfortable I LOVE it! read more

It's extremely hard to find a dentist that doesn't tell you that you have 15 cavities that need to be filled when in reality you might only have one or two. Dr.Patel really took the time to look at my teeth and evaluate each and every single one to make sure that they're healthy and okay. Her staff was incredibly nice and the office was beautiful as well. The location was really easy to get to also! I already booked my cleaning 6 months in advance. Can't wait to go back. read more

The staff was very friendly and helpful and the dentist was honest and straight forward. Dr. Patel is knowledgeable and very informative. I cannot thank her and the whole staff enough - and I could not recommend them higher. read more

Dr. Patel and her staff are amazing! They are very knowledgeable, professional, and take the time to actually get to know their patients. Dr. Patel is passionate about dentistry and she takes the time to explain things and educate her patients. Highly recommend! read more

I recently had to choose a new dentist because of my previous, long-term dentist no longer being in my network. I was nervous about trusting a new office to handle all of my teeth needs and luckily I ran across SolidSMILES online. Every member of their staff is awesome and not only professional and very skilled, but they also are very personable and don't make you feel like you're at a dreadful dentist appointment. Not only is the staff including Dr. Patel great, but the office is also really nice with updated technology that'll have you leaving with the best smile possible. Oh, and if you're someone who is normally stressed about dentist visits, they have a large screen tv that you can watch Netflix on during your treatment to help ease your nerves! read more

I would totally recommend Dr. Patel! She and her staff are so helpful, friendly and my husband and I really had a great appointment. 5 Stars! read more

Dr. Patel's office in Lewisville, Texas was PERFECT. I've never seen such a cute and welcoming office, not to mention how modern and clean it was! The design made me feel immediately relaxed because I felt like I was walking into someone's home, not a cold dental office. Dr. Patel and her team made me feel immediately comfortable, despite being nervous about getting my teeth checked (it has been YEARS). Dr. Patel educated me through the entire process and made me feel empowered with how to move forward with exploring my options. I highly recommend Solid Smiles - thanks Dr. Patel! read more
