I'm used to high impact workouts,…read morebut over time I experienced repetitive injuries and wanted to re-think how to be healthy in the long-term. I came in looking for a workout that would strengthen and tone my body without being high impact and after a two week trial I was hooked. After a year I have over 100 classes under my belt and a strong body to show for my effort. The instructors are incredibly patient and highlight clear directions for challenging, isometric movements, with a focus on form and safety. They know each person by name and offer physical corrections when needed, so I am always in my best and safest form. An added bonus is the sense of community with fun challenges to keep me motivated, happy hours and events to mingle with other members, and a studio doggie, Agatha, who eagerly greets everyone as they walk in the door. I am grateful to be part of this studio!

The music helped keep you on pace and even as a beginner, it was easy to keep up while getting a great workout in. I enjoyed how easy it was to follow along and how you shifted focus across the body so after 45 minutes, you really felt the difference. It was easy to park, easy to check in, and the lockers made it easy to drop off your stuff and get stretching before the class.

The party room is sparse but you can do whatever you want once you're there. Our friends brought all sorts of their own party supplies, then ordered food from the pizza place in the mall food court. The kids are guided through a variety of obstacles courses with two "coaches." Challenges include jumping off foam blocks, walking across a double tight-rope, a climbing wall, a zipline, and others. I can be fairly easy for kids to get some bumps and bruises - but my son certainly LOVED the concept. I would absolutely recommend considering Legends for a similar ninja birthday party!

I am an entrepreneur and mom of 3 kids. With my busy schedule, I've found myself forgetting to eat,…read morenot making the time (or losing track of time) to eat, and then gorging myself during dinner. This resulted in a physique that didn't improve with my normal workouts. My poor eating habits stemmed from a lack of structure and a lack of guidance. I knew this, but I didn't know HOW to do better. So, I reached out to Kelly because I realized I needed to make a shift. I honestly had no idea what I was in store for. I had joined a recipe challenge with Kelly in the past, so I assumed some great recipes and meal prepping would be the answer. HAH! That was not the case and, had that been all I received, it would have only been a temporary solution for me, personally, because I lacked some fundamentals that will carry me confidently into the rest of my life. Kelly spent so much time with me (online/phone) to learn about my current situation (body weight, measurements, daily eating routine, types of food I like, etc.). Soon, I received a weekly list of meals and ingredients that correlate to my personal taste. I also received alternative foods and suggestions. Kelly explained exactly how many calories, fat, carbs, and protein I needed to transform by body to what I was looking to achieve. I'm going to be 100% honest: I thought, "Is this one more thing I need to manage? I don't have time for this..." When I discovered that I would have to actually learn and integrate something new into my life, I was instantly resistant, but Kelly calmed me down and assured me I could handle it. She was right and I realized that becoming more aware of how often I eat and what I put in my body was necessary and NOT a big deal. It just became part of my routine...it became second nature...easy breezy!! By the way, I have not felt any "lack" - I love the food I eat, and I do not feel deprived at all. Kelly REALLY helped pave the path for a lifetime of good choices. I feel good and I am confident in my body! Thank you Kelly!!! P.S. This process was all done virtually! This can be done from anywhere! My transformation was visible in 30 days and exceeded my expectations at the 3 month mark.

I came here this past Monday for a 6am class, walked in about 10 minutes early, and there was a guy sitting behind their smoothie bar (the instructor for the class). Not only was he staring at his phone for the 10 minutes I waited for people to get to the class, he didn't ask me if I had been there before, didn't ask if I had any injuries he needed to know about, etc. Essentially, I think he was more concerned with sports stats or Instagram than anything else that morning. I would never come back to this location. You need to prepare your trainers to have better customer service/social manners than anything else. The workout was fine, it's the experience that made me not want to return.

Oof! This place is no joke. My body feels like it's on fire for daysssss after a [solidcore]…read moreworkout, but in a good, muscle building type of way. I will admit that this place is tricky to find the first time around. It's in the same shopping plaza as Whole Foods but it's in an adjacent building and the entrance is in the back. The class itself is slow yet fast-paced, which I guess is hard to describe. The instructor talks you through each movement and previews the next one while you're still finishing up the previous movement. There's a series of countdowns and movements, and while you can take a breather, the point is to work constantly through the 50-minute class. The machine that's used is like a gym Swiss Army knife. Just when I think I've done every possible thing on it, there's another new movement. There's probably 200 things you could do on there, maybe more. The ambiance is darker and kinda warm. But I'm definitely dripping sweat by the end every time and I'm always sore the next day, especially muscles that get little attention otherwise, like obliques and inner thigh muscles. Maddie, the studio manager, is very welcoming and accommodating and has been my favorite instructor so far. But all of the instructors have been good!

I was shaking after the workout...very intense and challenging in the best ways. The studio design is really slick and industrial, which I prefer but not everyone's cup of tea. The only doc I have for [solidcore] is more for the ClassPass side of things. The classes are an insane amount of credits per class (most classes on CP are 2-5 and [solidcore] classes are 7-10 each). If the credit amount was lowered to be comparable to other pilates studios in the area and on the app, I think more people would come more often (and I would be able to come more frequently too)!

It was pre-covid and I had lots of gym friends that attended making the experience even better. After moving to the North Hills, I started attending classes at this location. However, route 8 is busy, under construction a lot, congested with lots of lights. I no longer wished to go during the afternoon, so luckily Fit 4 boxing offers classes at various times throughout the work week. This is definitely appealing for me, especially with the offering of 5am classes. This works with my work schedule and allows me to commute there in under 15 minutes since there is very little traffic at 4:40am. Now I miss my OG location. Mainly missing my support system. But the Hampton location offers more class times. The workout is very cardio centered. You will sweat and burn calories while the interactive classes move quickly. I have found that the instructors here are not as personable as their east location, and the some of the members are a bit cliquey, but the workout is still good and the early schedule offerings keeps me going.
